I have had a mac account a me account and then an icloud account. None seems to work since 2 weeks. The issue is "due to security reasons" I can't get to fix it

Hi, I have been a mac user since there was a paid "mac" apple ID. Since you all know, it all changes and it became .me and then .icloud.
The problem is that my apple Id has been blocked and I couldn't find a sollution in the help apple provides. I go to the iforgot password as it tells me and then it says to reset your password we will send you an e-mail, which I never receive.
I have many information in my apple ID which I need to retreive.

The @icloud.com address was added automatically (I assume all three have the same text before the '@'?)  - that's not part of the problem. There have been numerous cases of people finding the birthday doesn't work - possibly because of the time difference between where they are and Cupertino.
OK, let's start again. Go to https://expresslane.apple.com - select 'More Products and Services': then 'Apple ID'.
In the next pane click 'More Apple ID topics', then 'Forgotten Apple ID security questions'. This will lead you to a link to http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5312 - see whether this helps. If not, the page also provides links to contact them.
