I have installed ProCon Latte, but it is not showing in "Tools". How do I get to it?
Having a big problem with ProCon Latte. It seems to be on my computer because it is blocking sites. Sometimes when I click on "continue", it will let me sign in and change settings, sometimes it won't do anything when I click "continue". Also, the biggest problem is that I cannot FIND it. Motzilla Add-Ons instructions say that it is supposed to be accessed by navigating to "Tools" and it will be in there, but it is not. It is also not in "Options". How can I get to it if it only pops up every now and then? I'm trying to disable it but I can't get to it. Help!

I have installed Adobe Flash but firefox does not show as plugin
I have downloaded the most recent versions of Firefox (30.0) and Adobe Flash Player. The Adobe website tells me my flash player is installed and current but Firefox does not show it as a plug in and a site that requires flash player (google finance) to view charts does not work. The place for the chart remains blank after telling me it has loaded.
Any thoughts?When a page is using a plugin, usually an icon similar to a piece of Lego appears in the address bar. You can click the logo to check that Flash is allowed to run on the page, or approve it to run if it isn't.

Does it matter whether you view it in a regular tab or in a private window? To view in a private window, right-click the link > Open Link in New Private Window. -
I installed the French dictionary (Classique & Réforme 1990) today and some time ago added the security add-on, Better Privacy by Netticat. Nothing shows up on my add-on bar at the bottom of the page when I use the Ctrl+/ command. How can I access either add-on?
Are you sure .mov files worked on the iPhone without a third part player? I'm just not sure...

They will be gone from the iphone, but you should be syning all contacts to your computer regularly and should be importing all pics to your computer regularly, particularly before any update.

I have activated home sharing but it's not showing up in my iOS devices
I have iTunes 10.4.1 and iOS 4.3.5 on my ipod touch and I have activated home sharing but it's not showing up in my iOS devices. I don't know what i'm doing wrong.
My firewall is allowing iTunes. I even disabled it and see if that would work, and it didnt.I've heard on older versions that you need to disable home sharing, then turn it back on but there's a trick, DO NOT HIT THE DONE BUTTON! when you click DONE it actually closes sharing. after you enter your username and password and hit enter, just go and click on your music folder on the left.
This seems to be the fix for many.
Word of caution - don't upgrade to iTunes 10.5 - it's breaks home sharing. -
have a question mark in the place of my mail's icon and i cannot get into my email. I found my email folder in the library ,but it is not in applications. How do i get my email back ?
you should look in your applications folder to see if mail is still there. the dock icon is pointing to mail being in your applications folder. it has probably been moved or deleted for some reason from the app folder. do a spotlight search for your mail program. if it is still on your computer, move it back to the applications folder and when you click the question mark, it should see it is back and open. The email folder in your library shouldn't have to be touched. you need mail.app itself.

I am hoping to transfer from Outlook Express to TB. On installing TB and importing from OE the 2 email address I have do not show as seperate accounts. The 2 are brian@IP address and shopping@IPaddress.
I use the 2 address for completely seperate reasons and would therefore like each account to have their own Inbox and the incoming emails to be downloaded in each inbox, as they currently are in OE.
How can I acheive this in TB?Is the folder pane collapsed? View(or AppMenu/Options)/Layout/Folder Pane. Otherwise, deleting foldertree.json might fix it:

I have home sharing activated, but it is not showing up on my iTunes sidebar.
I have recently bought an ipod touch 4th gen. I had my iTunes on one computer, then turned on home sharing, and it was fine. I was transfering my library and a moie was copying. I decided to brows the book store and purchased a book. When the book finished downloading, the first update stoped, and my sharing options on the side of my screen dissapeared. How do I get these back? Please help. IMPORTANT!

Either quit iTunes and launch it again or restart the entire computer. It's amazing how many times a simple restart can solve a problem. Hopefully it does for you. -
restored the from from back up but no apps will show up. go to the app and it does not show any purchased apps. all the information for the itunes store is correct and the icloud. I log in and looked in the account and my device is not sowing up. How do I add it to my account.
