I have ordered Photoshop Elements but mistakenly ordered a windows version rather than Mac, which is what I need. What do I do to get this changed?

I have ordered online Photoshop Elements 13 and Premiere Elements 13, but made the mistake of ordering the Windows version intstead of Mac. What do I have to do to convert?

Generally, it's ok to install on two machines as long as they are both yours and you only use one version at a time.

I have paid for adobe but the apps still say trial rather than install by them why?

I brought adobe yesterday and have downloaded the cloud app. however when I go onto the desktop and look for apps they all say try against them rather than install.

I have downloaded photoshop elements but I cannot open it. I keep being asked for my Adobe sign in which I do and then the photoshop icon disappears from my side bar - I am on a mac. Please help!

I can't open this product, every time I try to it just asks for my adobe sign in and then when I log in the photoshop icon disappears and nothing opens. I have tried uninstalling and re-installing the program but the same things happens.

De-authorizing Computers (contributed by user John Galt)
You can de-authorize individual computers, but only by using those computers. The only other option is to "de-authorize all" from your iTunes account.
1. Open iTunes on a computer
2. From the Store menu, select "View my Account..."
3. Sign in with your Apple ID and password.
4. Under "Computer Authorizations" select "De-authorize All".
5. Authorize each computer you still have, as you may require.
You may only do this once per year.
After you "de-authorize all" your authorized computers, re-authorize each one as required.
If you have de-authorized all computers and need to do it again, but your year has not elapsed, then contact: Apple - Support - iTunes - Contact Us.
For more information on authorization and de-authorization: iTunes Store- Authorize or deauthorize your Mac or PC.

The first two issues sound like a video driver problem.
What is the make/model of your video card/chip?
What is the installed video driver number and date?
For the last issue, it could be many things, including the video driver. I'd look over this ARTICLE, and if there is nothing in the first part, then move on to tuning up the OS an computer in the second part. That would probably be a good time to post the full specs. of your computer, and also both your Project and Source footage. Finally, part three covers many troubleshooting tips, and furnishes many links.

I did try to uninstall and reinstall. It messed up my computer. I had to "RESTORE" from the prior days backup. This was not helpful at all. I'm used to losing all my stuff when I connect to iTunes, that's a whole other issue, but now I'm completely banned from any updates to my phone at all. Geeze.......
