I have OS-X v.10.9.4 and iTunes 11.3.1. An upgrade to 11.4 is available but it will not download to my computer. I have an iMac.
I have had trouble with downloading upgrades to some of my apps. The upgrade to iTunes 11.4 should be used for Maverick but I cannot download it. Even though it appears to have been downloaded, About iTunes still shows 11.3.1
Click the "iTunes" link at the top of this page and download the installer.

If you can't obtain a retail install DVD from Apple, look on eBay or Google the installer part numbers to possibly find at an on-line store. Here's what to look for:

I have upgraded to 10.6.8 and have purchased Mountain Lion 10.8.2 but it will not let me install until I have 10.8.0 and I cannot find the download or a way to get it anywhere. What do I do to upgrade? Thanks for the help!

You need to upgrade your OS to this:

We cannot know. Even calling your post would be an exaggeration/ understatement, depending on how you want to see it. We need hard technical facts - operating system, computer specs, what is the exact error/ problem and so on.

I am upgrading to acrobatproXI but it will not recognise my password. I have been onto Adobe.com and verified my password.
The password to activate Acrobat.
I am not aware of another.
The dialogue box comes up as 'acrobatpro11_dlm wants to make changes. type your password to allow this change' and then the Name which enters automatically is 'APPLE' then it asks for my Password.

I installed 2.3 upgrade,
installer folder is in harddrive but application will not open or replace 2.0 as it says it "should". When I attempt to it just reinstalls the installer, never the functioning application. I have tried too many times now. Always same response. WOuld love to upgrade ( and purge all the alias 2.3 off hardrive!when I went to the library folder there was no receipts only

If above still doesn't resolve problem - go to the folder named
"Receipts" in the Mac OS X Library folder (i.e. the main Library

I have downloaded the latest Adobe Flash - it says successful but will not work. It says to 'Manage Plug-ins but the Plug-in says it is enabled but it will not work at all. I have tried disabling and then enabling - no success. Please help!
There's two different versions of Flash. The ActiveX version for IE, and the Plugin version for other browsers. Did you install the correct version? This forum's software doesn't thing that Flash is installed for Firefox or the Plugin is disabled.

Bought the Iphone 6 2 days ago. My mac pro finds the phone on bluetooth but phone will not discover ANY bluetooth divices. Have hard reset the phone and restarted as well. nothing. Any suggestions or issues. This is the first apple phone I have owned. Am not very happy that Bluetooth would present a problem.
I can't help with the other devices but note that an iPhone will not pair via Bluetooth to a computer (Mac or Windows) except for personal hotspot and then only if your cellular plan supports it. https://discussions.apple.com/docs/DOC-7722
