I have purchased an album on my iphone and only half of the songs appear on my purchases. When I click update purchases it says all purchases have been updated! This also happens to some single songs, they arent showing up on my PC purchases! But they appear on my purchased playlist on the phone! What can I do?

You can re-download content purchased from the iTunes store (availability varies depending on location) using the purchased option from the Quick Links section in the top right corner of the iTunes homepage in your iTunes application on your computer.

    Depending upon what country that you are in (music can't be re-downloaded in all countries) then try deleting it from your iTunes library and redownload it via the Purchased link under Quick Links on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page on your computer's iTunes : re-downloading.
    If you aren't in a country where you can re-download music or if it re-downloads in the same state then try the 'report a problem' link from your purchase history : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via Store > View My Account and you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it ; click on that and you should see a list of your purchases ; find that song and use the 'Report a Problem' link.

    I cannot access one user on my iMac.  When I log onto that user the dekstop appears unpopulated and blank and half of the programs do not appear on the operating bar.  When I attempt to click on a program such as Safari nothing happens.  Nothing works and I can only exit by doing a command/option/esc and restarting the computer.  The other user and the Administrator work fine.  What has disabled the one user?  How do I recover this user and its files?

    No.. I have been through parental control and it does not affect this problem.  Now if I log onto this user I cannot get out even with a comman/option/escape; I have to unplug the power to the computer to get it to restart with the administrator.  I saw somewhere that there is a process in which I can delete the use and then create a new user with the same name and password and then recover everything - but I cannot find that solution.  This is a real problem for me, as you might imagine.

    I purchased an entire album and only 2 of the 3 songs downloaded.  The other is "in cloud" and won't download.  When clicked on, it reads this this computer already associated with an apple id.  All songs bought together, at same time, don't understand!  Why is this happening?

    If only one track on the album is throwing that message, that suggests the track is damaged.
    If your country's iTunes Store allows you to redownload purchased tracks, I'd delete your current copy of the track and try redownloading a fresh one. See the following document for instructions:

    Otherwise, I'd report the problem to the iTunes Store.
    Log in to the Store. Click on "Account" in your Quick Links. When you're in your Account information screen, go down to Purchase History and click "See all".

    Does the track play correctly in Quicktime Player?  If it does then it is an iTunes issue.  If it doesn't then it is possible the file was not completely downloaded, or is corrupt.

    I purchased a Album from Itunes on my iphone, Played it for several days. Then when I synced my phone to my laptop, the album is no longer there. It shows up in the Itunes on my computer but only as the digital booklet, which you are supposed to get after a purchase.
    I tried downloading all songs into itunes, that didnt work. I tried logging out of my account with no avail. I tried seeing if i could go into iTunes again and buy redownload it. But it showes that I have to purchase it again...

  • I purchased two albums on my Iphone and they will not show up on my MacBook Pro

    I ahve tried to chaeck for availible downloads multiple times but it says there are no downloads. Also, the songs are there just greyed out and i can't play them. If i go onto the Itunes Store then it gives me an option to buy them again instead of saying purchased. Furthermore, all the songs i bought off my phone are on my phone and i can play them.     I experienced the same issue as you have. What worked for me is the following:
    Go to iTunes store on your iPad. Under Downloads (the icon to the bottom right) you should see the episode that is causing you the issue. Delete this episode (swipe to left). Then retry. This worked for me.
    The workaround is far from ideal and Apple needs to find a solution for this as you are not the only one who reported this issue.

    You do not need to transfer anything.  Open the wishlist, and click on the price of any song(s) that you want to buy. 
    Once you have purchased them and have them in your library, simply put them into an iTunes playlist and burn in the normal way.
