I have reinstalled CS5.1 extended on my new Lenovo Laptop with Win 8.1 64 bit. No installation problems, but now Image Adjustments and tools do not work any more.
Operating Problem with CS5.1 extended. I replaced my old HP Laptop with a new Lenovo laptop with Win 8.1 and reinstalled CS5.1 64-bit version. The software downloaded and installed correctly and worked for a day, but when I rebooted the next day, the Image Adjustments and tools functions did not respond any more. I have uninstalled and redownloaded/ reinstalled without success.

Tap Settings App > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. See if fixed. If not, Restore Firmware with iTunes on computer. See if fixed. If not, all iPhone 4S have Warranty, make Genius reservation and take iPhone to Apple for resolution.

I just installed my CS5.1 on my new Lenovo Laptop Win 8.1. and everything worked for a day. On day 2 I ran into Problems -- On > Image >Adjustments none of the adjustment options respond. None of the toolbar functions such as >Crop etc respond.
I then installed the same download on my PC and everything works as it should.
Can anybody help please

Mine quits working every now and then.
Most of the time I can fix it by doing a power button, home button reset. When that doesn't work plugging it into my computer does.
What have you tried?
Also I believe it is a software problem not hardware. So I would suggest not replacing it until you can get your hands on the "iOS 5.1" update. That is what I am waiting on before I calling Apple and/or ATT and raising the roof with someone over this issue. -

Try an SMC Reset. (System Management Controller)
Shutdown>unplug from power for ten minutes>press and hold in the power button for ten seconds>startup again.
Also try a PRAM Reset. (Parameter RAM)
Shutdown. At the bootup chime, hold down CMD-Option-P-R together, wait for two more chimes, total three, then let go of all keys to finish booting,

Force links to open in new tabs not working any more
Since the 10.6.4 update, safari on my macbook pro has stopped opening links in new tabs, and went back to the default of opening links in new windows. This is the old terminal command I used to change it initially :
+defaults write com.apple.Safari TargetedClicksCreateTabs -bool true+
It doesn't seem to work any more. I've attempted it several times. My Mac is also on 10.6.4, but I'm not experiencing the same problem there.

Why isn't itunes 11.1.3 installing on my new VAIO laptop with windows 8.1 (64 bit)?
I am trying to install itunes on my new VAIO laptop 64 bit with Windows 8.1 operating system. At the end of the installation, as soon as itunes is trying to open, an error message comes up, saying "an error has caused the program to stop running." I tried the compatibility troubleshoot, it says "incompatible program". Does that mean, even latest version of itunes can not run on windows 8.1? If there is any solution, please advise. By the way, I have tried to run it on compatibility mode for windows 7 , windows vista etc, no luck. Thank you.

moreWe will update you on the fix. Right now, if you add jquery ui as a dependency after jQuery, that will solve your problem. I am sharing a sample here - Dropbox - EC.zip. I am loading jQuery UI from the CDN, you can copy is locally also and load it from there.

Online help does not work any more (Lightroom 3, CS5 Suite)

since a few days I get an error when using the Lightroom Online (german edition) help on my Win 7 64bit computer.
When searching for something there pops up a dialog box stating "Unerwarteter Fehler. Suchen Sie erneut", that's like "Unexpected error. Please search again".
My girlfriend has the CS5 Web Suite. She gets the same error on a diffferent computer (but also Win7 64bit). She also got an error 16822 when the help client tried to update. This error is already known and so I was able to fix it.
But the error when using the help itself is still there.
Any ideas.
PS: The help does work when I switch from online to local search.Yes

I have changed my internet connection now using Huawei e586 modem 3g 4g wireless modem
At the moment There is internet connection in the apple TV I can manage only through the apple remote. But I can’t AIR PLAY or mirroring from iphone

However, I discover by accident that it works very well if I connect the ATV through the wifi interface (tested with my iPhone 4 and iPad 3Gen both w/iOS 6.0.1, and my MB Pro w/OS X 10.8.2). But as soon as I connect the ATV through the ethernet port, it disappears from all my devices.
So my guess is that there is some issue (i.e. undocumented filtering) between the wifi and the ethernet interfaces. I have reviewed the HG8245 configuration but I haven't found how to solve this. Have you figured out how to solve it? I will try to use some port scanner to see if there is some difference im using the wifi and the ethernet ports and will post the findings. -
