I have stored docs in a blob, but indexing fails...!

Hey experts,
I have a simple lob_table:
my_lob_table(ID number(5) primary key, c blob)
I am able to insert word documents directly into the blob using
servlets via jdbc thin driver. So populating the database with
documents works fine!
The documents stored in the LOB columns should be indexed so i
can search on these documents. I inserted a doc in the blob
column and tried:
create index myindex on my_lob_table(c)
indextype is ctxsys.context parameters
('filter CTXSYS.INSO_FILTER');
after i a few seconds i receive these errors
The following error has occurred:
ORA-04045: errors during recompilation/revalidation of
CTXSYS.CONTEXT
ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [4882],
[69445384], [75168016], [69249328], [], [], [], []
Can someone help me out?
ps. If there is an image in the word document, what will happen
if i create and index on that document? On the document i
inserted for testing purposes was no image!

When I open emails with PDFs I click on the attachment (doing this all on my iPad) it gives me the option to "open in iBooks", I accept then after that the document is sucked into my iPad but I can't do anything with the PDF after that.  Where is the actual file on my iPad? Why can't I email or send these PDFs to my cloud (Dropbox)?
It's like once they go into iBooks they're stuck forever.
