I have the I pad 3. I have noticed that when in the voice over mode that I cannot Hear any clicks or boundary sounds. The VoiceOver works. Is there a setting that I can change to put these sounds back?

I don't hear the cursor sounds and boundary sounds while using voice over. Is there a way to fix this in settings? I have I Pad 3.

i don't know what version of ps you have so i can't say if it can be updated to use that, but update anyway.

hello there thank u so much for ur reply!! ok i uninstalled mackeeper now and the put back option is still in grey im so confused...i tried restarting my computer like u said and put back still in grey??!! the files that are in my trash are everything from Accounts,address book plug-ins,address book,adobe,aim.........then stuff like apple,Audio,....to caches color pickers,colors,com.apple.TCC,to DVD player to facebook,google to ilifemedia browser to itunes to keychains to movie effects,preferences printers to skype...my Native instruments files BUT not all of them my garage band but not all of it...it seriously looks like my whole library is in the trash i tried to put things back where i THINK they belong and it just added the item or folder under where i thought it went and didnt restore functionality to for instance google chrome and all my book marks are there....they seem to be only certain things from my library that would have added some functionality to apps and programmes like my garageband is missing stuff photobooth wont work so on.......kinda looks a bit like this thats only the half of it!! for purchases from the iTunes store do this:
connect your device and right-click or control-click it in the iTunes Source list, then choose transfer purchases from the shortcut menu that appears.

I think what we're looking for is JUST the adapter/extension for Firefox.
If you run the RoboForm v7.4.1 installer, it wants to put the logins, identities, and safenotes on the local computer. It will also install the binaries locally.
There used to be a Roboform Toolbar for Firefox 7.3.0 extension available for download. This extension hasn't been compatible with the last two Firefox releases.
That's what we want back.

The new format on FF4 is confusing and difficult to use. Is there a setting where I can change it to show the FF3.6 format?

Myself and several of my friends were discussing the new Firefox layout for Firefox 4.0, and we find it difficult to use. We would like to have the option of using the new Firefox with the old 3.8 layout. That would make it much easier to use. One of my friends is vision impaired and having become accustomed to the old layout, is finding it almost impossible to transition.
I have uninstalled FF4.0 and re-installed FF3.8 so that I can have the familiar layout. Others are doing the same.

If you do not like the new appearance of Firefox 4 then you can change some setting to restore the Firefox 3 appearance.
You can right click the orange Firefox button to open the toolbar menu.
* Click the Menu Bar entry to make the Menu Bar visible.
* Click "Tabs on Top" to remove the check mark and place the Tab Bar at its original position just above the browser window.
Firefox 4 uses a combined Stop/Reload/Go button that is positioned at the right end of the location bar.
During the page load process it shows as a Stop button and after the loading has finished the button is changed to a Reload button.
If you type in the location bar then that button becomes a Go button.
You can middle-click that Reload button to duplicate the current tab to a new tab.
In Firefox 4 you no longer have the Status bar that showed the padlock in previous Firefox versions. 
The padlock only shows that there is a secure connection and doesn't guarantee that you are connected to the right server. 
So you might still be connected to the wrong server if you make a typo in the URL and someone has claimed that mistyped URL. 
The functionality of the padlock has been replaced by the [[Site Identity Button]] on the left end of the location bar.

My midi keyboard is playing multiple sounds when I press a key. Like when I play a note on the piano preset, there is a snare hit or a shaker that plays along withe the note. Is there a setting I need to change to get rid of it?

this recently happened, never had the problem before. I've restored my midi keyboard to factory settings but the problem persists. I go into garage band and click on the piano preset, but when I play a note it plays multiple instruments. Say I hit the C note On my keyboard, it plays the C note, but along with it is a snare hit or a shaker. And this is for every note. It seems as though the keyboard has its own setting, but I've tried resetting it. Again it's never happens before, just recently is there a way to get rid of that background sound? It's very dufficu to make music with multiple instruments playing in one note!

If it happens again the make sure that you aren't suppressing website colors.
Make sure that you allow pages to choose their colors and that you haven't enabled High Contrast in the Accessibility settings.

I can open a certain link in Internet Explorer and see all the information but when I open it in Firefox I get the HTML. Is there a setting I need to change in Firefox?

I created HTML for a document and wanted to use it as HELP. When I open the index in Internet Explorer it takes me to the various topics and I can see everything I need to see in a nice format. HOWEVER, when I try to open it in Mozilla I get html code.

I recently tried sending myself an email through Thunderbird to another email account to see if that was the case, but the email came in with a font so tiny that it was unreadable. I had chosen a font type and size (arial 10) and just coming into my outlook inbox was virtually unreadable.
And referring to the person I work with, she doesn't have problems getting anyone else's emails, just ones I send from Thunderbird.

If you are still under warranty, contact Apple to get it serviced. You can also visit an Apple Store or Authorized Apple Service Provider to get it looked at.

Is there any way that I can change ownership (not authorization) of a song so that I don't have to go between my parent's family account and my new account?

So a little backstory i joined the army and get to go home and use the account where the majority of my music is very little, but now when i try transferring these songs to a new device some of them aren't authorized, and I don't want to go through this every time i get a new computer or ipod/iphone. Prior to the update, my battery life lasted me at least a full day. We have several phones in our office and the ones that have updated (4) now have issue holding a charge/battery life. I really liked this phone and can not believe that you are now going to charge us $79 a battery to fix what is most definately a problem with your latest update. I know other people outside of our company that are having the same problem. Not to mention when I called AT&T it was confirmed to me that they are hearing the same issue and then some from other customers as well. Your own people, once I talked to them earlier today, told me they are showing a history of issues that are showing up after the update was put in place. Of course she tried to say, "Maybe the age of the battery and the update both contributed". Whatever.
I want you all to know how disappointed I am in your company for the handling of this issue. I always thought "Apple" was the line I didn't have to worry about having any types of issue. And that you all would stand behined your product 100%. Now I am not so sure.
I would love to hear back from your company on how you perceive the issue with all of these phones that prior to the update didn't have any issues and how after the update THEY ARE NOW having issues. I do not believe this was an issue due to the age of a battery and that was pretty lame to say so. It was fine and now its not.
Please feel free to contact me and help me figure out a way to pay for all of the batteries that will be needed for our company to contiue doing business as needed.

Are you launching Pages from an icon in your Dock? Installing the update does not change the Dock icons & it does not remove the older versions. Go to your Applications folder & launch the new Pages from there.
