I have tried everything I've read about this but it hasn't worked. I have 5 outstanding app updates to do but when I go to the update screen it is blank. What is wrong?
My ipad2 has 5 outstanding apps to update but my update screen is blank. I've tried rebooting, changing dates, and all other things I've read on here but it's not working. What the heck now?
Apparently, there is a problem with Apple’s servers. I have seen one article from another tech source that was talking about it but I have seen nothing official from Apple.
According to Fly150 in another discussion, this will work.
If you want to update the Apps while waiting for Apple to fix Updates:
1. Go to App Store
2. Select Purchased
3. Select All
4. Scroll down to find the Apps showing update
5. Select update on the Apps
This should update the Apps and get rid of the update count in App Store. Apple needs to fix this. It is a workaround only.

I doubt that the W-4 has a submit button. If you are using Reader XI (actually the topic of the Reader forum, not this one), you should be able to save it and then print and deliver. If it is set to be submitted by the browser, then it may be your Reader and the browser are not talking properly. If there is a generic URL that you can provide that has the W-4, we might be able to give you more info. A lot depends on what your particular form looks like. Hand carrying it should always be an option.

And in System Preferences>Sharing, have you setup & enabled Internet Sharing? -

I think ive just done it! I think ive been in Safari clicking file, open files, downloads - and thats where it was grey. i just went from the 'Finder' icon and was able to download its doing it now. i think i need some tuition as i dont know if i wasi n the wrong place initially but i could see the downloads just not click on them. Previously when I had Adobe Acrobat 8 on my computer when I clicked on the PDF file on the Stock Exchange through Firefox It would immediately open the file. I have tried to reload the earlier version of Adobe Acrobat but it they will not allow me to do so.
If anyone is reading this still looking for what caused the issue and how to fix it here is what I discovered.
The antivirus program our company uses, Bitdefender Antivirus Plus, was causing some of the PDF files not to open. After troubleshooting the different modules and settings the culprit was..
Scan SSL in Privacy Control Settings. Turning it OFF solved the problem and all the PDF files that previously would not open now open just fine. This issue has been sent to Bitdefender for them to review. If you use a different antivirus program and are having this issue try locating the Scan SSL setting and see if turning it off solves the problem. -
I tried to turn off my iPod 4g, but it gets stuck at the loading part... What should I do?

Thanks so much!If you can connect it to iTunes if not put it in Recovery mode then connect to iTunes. It should recognise your device. On iTunes click on the restore button make sure your device is backed up before you do this. This should reinstall the iOS and allow you to boot it up. This will wipe the apps and data so make sure it is all backed up before you do this. If you need any more help just ask.

Google stopped supporting Exchange for free accounts as of 1/31/13. If you already had it set up that way on the device, it will continue to work. However, if you didn't, you'll need to set it up as a regular Gmail account.
