I just cannot seem to create a desktop shortcut using your recommended method.

Not sure what method you are following or what you are actually trying to do.
If you wish to create a shortcut to a site and have Firefox open:<br /> Drag the tab to the desktop, but do that by dragging the icon on the end of the location bar, not the tab itself. Dragging the tab is used to repossition the tab on the tab bar or to move it to a new Firefox window.

Make sure that both the web browser you're using and its Flash plug-in are up to date. Google Chrome has its own Flash plug-in it updates on its own. Firefox, IE and other have separate plug-ins.

You can try resetting your iPad by simultaneously pressing and holding the Home and Sleep/Wake buttons until you see the Apple Logo. This can take up to 15 seconds so be patient and don't release the buttons until the logo appears.
Try again to see if the problem persists.

App (pinned) tabs and Tab Groups (Panorama) are stored as part of the session data [1] in the file sessionstore.js [2] in the Firefox profile folder [3].
Make sure that you do not use "Clear Recent History" to clear the "Browsing History" when Firefox is closed because that prevails and prevents Firefox from opening tabs from the previous session.

Have you tried going to Settings>iTunes & App Store, and signing out? Click on your Apple ID, then on Sign Out. Then sign back in again and try again.
Also, make sure you have closed the app: double-click the Home key and swipe up on it to close it. Then try again.

"I had this problem as well, however I did find one way to get this to download on my iPhone. What I found that worked was to tap to retry the download and as it’s attempting to download it again I hit the pause button (I had to be quick). Once it was paused I hit the button again to resume the download and it successfully completed. I hope this helps some of you out until Apple fix this bug."

Your post was somewhat hard to understand, but I'll do my best to help as much as I can.
If you take a picture or save a picture, it'll be in camera roll. If you delete the picture there, it'll remove it from all other locations.
If you have photos in album stream, you can't even save those pictures to your camera roll. To get rid of those you'll need to connect your device to itunes, select your device, go to photos & deselect the option to sync them to your device.

Try rebooting the iPad as well. You might be getting an inaccurate reading and rebooting might clear that up.
Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.

No, that would not be the problem. Lightroom can manage images on any hard drive that is connected to your computer. In all probability your monitor is set so that it is too saturated and too bright. Your monitor probably needs to be calibrated. The best way to do that is to use a hardware calibration device. I have adjusted my monitor using the Windows tools and the adjustments on my monitor. The real "pros" will tell you that is not a good way to do it. And I know that. But it has worked for me. I adjusted my monitor until the monitor looked like one of the images or prints. And then adjusted accordingly in Lightroom.
