You can cancel an iCloud storage upgrade but only within 15 days of buying:
Apple seem to have made this as difficult as possible. Sorry, but audiobooks cannot be downloaded more than once without charge, so if you don't have a viable backup, you may be out of luck. You can, however, contact the iTunes Store, explain the situation, and see if they can make an exception for you.

If you were upgrading from below 5 to 5.1.1, you likely disconnected the iPad from your computer and iTunes before the full upgrade completed. It's actually a lengthy process to rebuild your app library on the cloud and then replicate them fully on your iPad.
So, connect your iPad to your computer and in iTunes, when your iPad is found on the left side of the iTunes screen, click your iPad's name once to open it in iTunes. Then, click on Apps and choose the apps (either all Apps or just those you want with a check mark). Click apply on the lower right hand side of the iTunes screen then Sync to build a backup. -

bring it back and make them aware of this. They need to correct the problem they didnt fully fix. This is an international user to user forum. Posting your phone number and email is a VERY bad idea as we are not Apple employees and now anyone can see you private information. It started this morning when I tried to update the Facebook app on my ipad, Now I can't even get on my ipad at all. The battery is fully charged, when I turn on the ipad all I get is the apple logo for the longest time then I have to do the reset using the menu/power button combo. Any help would be deeply appreciated. thank you

I hav e a Mac Book Pro it turns on and I can see the apple symbol on the screen and their is a little circle on the bottom that keeps going in circles but nothing else is happening I can't see any programs or anything on the screen. If you have the photos synced ti iCloud, than with the same apple id set up iCloud in your new iMac and make shore you check on the Photos in the iCloud peferences.

I had previously purchased the programs "Pages" and "Numbers" and they are on my iPhone and iPad I was told that the programs would automatically copy a version of itself for the iMac to be running them but I don't see it installed. How can I install for free? I see that I could go to the apple store and purchase them again but I belibve that since I had already purchased them; I would get a free copy for my Imac. Do I got something confused here? Please help.
Whoever told you that was misinformed or lying. Those applications are sold separately for the iOS platform and the Mac platform.
Go to the Mac App Store to purchase Pages and Numbers for your Mac. They're $20 each. If you are running an older version of Mac OS X that can't use the Mac App Store, you can purchase install media from Apple. -
Got help fixing my youtube problem, now that is working. In the process of making the fix, lost my aol set up. Re installed it, but cannot access the icon. How do i get my AOL back?
If it's an application, it should be in the Applications folder. If in doubt, double click on the hardrive icon to open it up, then press Command+F (find) and in the window that comes up for what you want to find, type in AOL and it should appear. You can either drag it to the Dock for easy access or make an alias of that, and drag that alias to the Dock. Oh, and just so's you know, this forum is for Desktop macs only. We may be able to answer your question about a MacBook Pro. Same kind of animal, but different breeds.

How can I use pdf pack to convert cubase documents (music scores) into pdfs? I am looking for the former possibility to install acrobat like a printer but i don't have this option with "pdf pack". Can you help?

What format are those music scores (I'm not familiar with cubase documents). But, it may be that Adobe PDF Pack doesn't support that format. In that case, Acrobat is the way to go. You can then print your files to PDF as you'd like. You're welcome to try Acrobat for free for 30 days to see whether it's going to work for you. If you decide it is, and you'd like to use it going forward, you could convert your PDF Pack subscription into an Acrobat subscription.
