I just bought a C4680 all-in-one new in box. It puts an irregular border around "borderless" prints (at least in 8.5 x ll size) --border is about 1 inch on right, 3/4 at top, 3/8 at bottom and 3/16 at left. How do I eliminate this?
Using win XP.
In iTunes on your computer, select the Purchased section under STORE in the left column. Click on the first track and choose "Get Info" from the "File" menu.
In the "Summary" tab you'll see details of the purchaser of the track. Click Next to go through all your purchased music one by one until you find the ones you need to get rid of.
Unfortunately, there are no smart playlist rules that can filter tracks by the purchaser that I know of.

HP C4680 all in one printer out of alignement when printing avery business cards.
I recently purchased an HP C4680 all in one printer and have found
that it will not print Avery clean edge C32028-25 business cards. It
prints ok on plain paper and when you compare against the business card
sheet everything is in the correct position. However when you print the
actual cards the printed area creeps up the page and some of the print
is off the cards ruining the sheet. I am using avery design pro
software version 5. The print preview shows the printing area correctly.
Please advise of a fix for this issue.I have the same problem with my HP Officejet Pro 8000 using Avery business cards. I don't think HP knows how to fix the problem. I was told by HP to select card stock as my paper type, but that is not on my menu. I may have to adjust my PageMaker template to counter the creep. You would think that this would be an adustment that could be made in the software. It amounts to 1/8" over the whole page. I don't plan on much help from HP since I have not received any help in the past.

I just purchased an HP All-In-One and when I went to download software it said my Mac didnt support it to contact HP. When I contacted HP they wanted me to pay to set up my computer so the machine would work. I contacted Apple and the agent told me to take it back and get either Epson or Canon as HP is not always Mac friendly can anyone suggest a good Epson or Canon All In One. Thanks for your help..this HP is going back.

Epson withdraw support for my old printer, so I've stayed with Canon - who regularly updates its drivers. The Canon MX 892 has been getting strong reviews for print quality, speed, and special features. I am having problems printing from my IMAC computer. I am using photosmart C4680 all in one printer. I have repeatedly uninstalled printer and reinstalled printer from original disc. Error message coming up when I attempt to print. Used to print from Hp officejet printer d145. I began having problems with it. I have discontinued printing from it and I have uninstalled software from that printer. Error message states "Library/StartupItems/HP All-In-One Communications" has not been started because it does not have the proper security settings" message comes up when starting up computer. How do I correct this problem?

I just bought Lightroom 5 as a disk in a box
I just bought Lightroom 5 as a disk in a box. During the installation process, it asks for a serial number and provides 6 boxes to enter the number. The only number I can find on the packaging is 8 digits on a sticker on the box. When I enter these numbers it is not enough to activate the "Next" button. Any ideas where I find the required numbers please?

C4680 All in one won't print black
C4680 printer shows low black ink level, and won't print black. Prints color fine.
Already have tried the following:
Printer stopped printing a letter, showed low black ink level.
Purchased and installed new black ink cartridge, still won't print black, still low black ink indicator
Did printer cleaning three times. No help
Switch off, remove cables etc as recommended on HP site. No help.
Completely deleted printer from devices and reinstalled. No help.
Called HP help, after 30 minutes of BS told me cartridge was low after I told him three time I had just bought and installed a new one.
It will not copy black either
Any new ideas?

BillClara- I did call phone support as I stated in my post; and their response was extremely irritating, just like your last post. Told Surha the phone guy all that I had already done and he kept telling me to do the same things. Didn't even say, I know you did this but let's try it again.
I clearly stated in my post that I purchased and installed a new ink cartridge, didn't help. I appreciate your trying to help on your own time possibly, but READ THE POST. I am aggravated because I have a problem and you are telling me to do things that I have already done that didn't help.
If you have something new to suggest, great, that's why I am contacting HP. If not just say, "yeah you have tried everything that they tell us to go through. You may need to take in to a service depot or just buy a new printer. Sorry."
By the way, there are several reports on other internet sites of the same problem with no solution. HP obviously has no clue. Hope someone in engineering or wherever is looking into this.

just bought the Apple TV today, connected with my Pioneer Elite receiver, works great with my iPhone 5, HD movie steam without any problem. but when i open my MBP, problem start surface, i try to do the home sharing, but the remote control not only control my apple tv, but control my MBP as well, so it mess up everything. please help also the Apple TV keep on resume playing music or video without permission, for example, i was trying to watch a photo slideshow, but it keeping switch back to playing the video files i last watched. any ideas?
As for the remote issue, what version of OS X are you using?
With the latest version of Mountain Lion 10.8.2 you will find the remote control setting in Preferences/Sharing/Privacy then click the Advanced button at the bottom. Check "Disable remote control infrared receiver" or pair a different Apple remote to prevent the ATV's remote from controlling the computer. -
I downloaded the driver and software from HP for my OS, during installation it says HP Monitor Tray? quit unexpectedly, then it says installed successfully. I opened Word 08 for Mac, typed a test page, hit print, and the first page came out with three lines of words and numbers, then the printer continued to feed blank sheets through? I tried printing from TextEdit and it says "Textedit quit unexpectedly." Please help, I am new to the Mac and this is driving me nuts. Thanks.
That happens when the printer driver sends binary when ASCII or something else is expected. It ususally means the driver is goofed up.
If this is an inkjet all-in-one, most of those are "dumb" printers that have a "monolithic" driver that does the imaging on the Mac, then sends the bitmap to the printer.
The default for Mac OS X Printers is to send Postscript to the printer. So if there was any trouble installing the driver or setting up the Printer, it would end up a generic postscript, and that would go badly. -

Yes. Check what version of OS X you have by going to your Apple menu (top left) and clicking About This Mac. It'll likely be 10.4 or 10.5, something like that. It's good to update your profile here on the Communities, too (you've specified 10.0.x, which is archaic in OS X terms).
If your MB is 6 years old, it's probably too old for Lion, but may be able to run Snow Leopard.

Anyway, go to the iTunes command Store > Check for Available Downloads, and see if it is still there.
If not, delete the "tmp" thing and its corresponding library entry, and then go to the home page of the iTunes Store, click on the link at the right for "Purchased," and get a new copy. This will probably solve the problem.
But in the unlikely event that the new copy has the same problem, report it as a defective track to iTunes Customer Service. -

That is just the way this forum works - users get help from other users and learn from others and like to contribute if they see they can help.
My latest challenge was typing in melodies and chords of songs I'd written on the piano. But using the Musical Typing in register C3 I inserted all the notes by playing on the imac keyboard (and written in the treble clef). The only problem is you cant insert the chords at the same time. Now I have an empty bass clef, which requires chords be inserted in register C2 and I dont know yet how to do that.
To fill in the chords: Join a melody track and a bass track, like this:
- Create a new software track and record the chords separately with musical typing.
- Create a new track and copy your melody loops there (just as backup, if something goes wrong)
- Do the same with the track containing the chords.
- Then select all loops in the copies of the melody track and the copy of the chords track and select from the main menu
Edit -> Join.
Now you should have a track that contains the bass as well as the melody and both staffs should be filled in the track editor, so you can print both at the same time.
However, there will be some notes assigned to the wrong staff - very low melody notes will appear in the bass cleff, very high chord notes will appear in the melody cleff - and I don't see how you could fix that in GB.
