I just changed my billing info and I check my bank statement and it's debited me money (and I haven't bought anything) - why did itunes debit my account just for changing information? will I get this money back?
pretty much what the question said..i just wanted to know why, do i have to verify this account (if so...how?) and will iGet (see what i did there hehe) my money back?
If you switch you will have to backdate it to keep the overages from happening. Also you'll pay the difference in advance. So if the difference is $20. You pay $40 more next month compare to this month, but the following month will be $20 more like it should(bill in advance). When you downgrade plans you'll get credited the difference like it should as it works both ways.

AndrewYou should get an email when a decision has been made as to whether or not you will be refunded - the email should arrive within 48 hours of you contacting support. If they do decide to refund you then how long it takes depends upon what you were using as your payment method, I think that purchases made by an account's balance are done quickly, if through a credit card it might take a number of days.

I am living in moscow, but i have a mastercard in vietnam. I changed my location in itunes from Russia into Vietnam. But when I change my billing info, and write my card's informations. It said I have problems with the address. I typed my address in VN. What should I do now ????
To answer the second question first, the owners of the music (and that is not Apple) decide where their music can be sold. If they decide (for whatever reason) not to sell their music in a particular country, they will not let a music retailer (that is Apple this time) sell it in that country. So the "system" is beyond Apple's control.
As for your first post; (if I understand you correctly), the iTunes Store knows that you are in Russia, so using a credit card registered in Vietnam is simply going to look like you're trying to get round the system.
The credit card is tied to an address, and therefore to a country. Simply using a different country's address is not going to work.
By the way, this is a world-wide situation. It's not a matter of having to use a Russian card, whatever card you use has to be registered at an address in Russia.
Use the support link in the iTunes Store to contact Apple and see if you can straighten out whether you can buy songs, where ever you are and with whichever card you have. -

the same problem happened to me also, i felt that while playing hay day, if some calls came in between and if i answered the call, the setting of all the icloud items turns off. (i have backup of all the items on icloud), after deleting the account and making settings of mail, contact, calander etc on on mode and after rebooting the phone, it again download from icloud server. but it is just a headache. do not know how to handle this.

My mac 10.8 does no have the file, com.apple.desktop. plist I wentto lIbrary, preference and look for it and it is not where in my mac. I also launch time machine and file is no where on my Mac. How do I get this file back?
thanksSystem files are hidden by default in Finder now, search for what you want then click the little + button on the top right of the bar that appears when you do a search. A new bar comes up and click the first box (that says "Kind"), change it to "System Files". Then change the box that says "aren't included" to "are included" and your file should show up.

You would have to rent it again.
Once started the movie you have 24 hours to complete viewing.

On your computer's iTunes you should be able to edit your payment info by going into the Store > View Account menu option and logging into your account, and on your account's details page there should be a payment link. If you are doing it on an iOS device (iPad, iPhone or iPod Touch) then you could try tapping on your id in Settings > Store (Settings > iTunes & App Store on iOS 6+) and selecting 'View Apple ID' on the popup - that should also give you a payments link on your account's page.

My computer says most of my stuff is "Downloaded" when I had to clean out my PC, and I want to get this stuff back on my PC! I tried uninstalling and reinstalling iTunes and Quicktime, deuathorizing and authorizing my account on iTunes, but still no luck. Please Help??

My ipod nano was synced by itunes and removed all of my music and game files, and replaced my music with my kids music that they have put into the current itunes library. My music is nowhere to be found on my computer, so now I am in the long, forever process of adding my music back one cd at a time, but there is no history of tetris that I paid for from the itunes store.
