I upgraded to Premiere 11 and seem to have lost my organizer in Elements 11. I click on it and nothing happens. What could have happened.
It could have changed soem configuration stuff. Have you tried to reinstall PSE? What system? Are there any warnings or activity?

We have 2 IPhone 4'a on the same account. Mysteriously it seems that we each are "missing" very important info from where we stored in our "Notes"
Neither one of us synced our phones recently, and I have no idea where to look, or why this would happen. We also have an IPAD2 and out notes are also missing from there.

My iPad was mirroring the optimmum tv app but now it's just mirroring the audio and not the video.....What do I do to correct this?!!!

Have a PowerBook G4 with software 10.4.11 and iTunes 9.2. Got a new iPhone 5 - and seems iTunes does not recognize it. What kind of software update(s) do I need?
None. An iPhone 5 requires Mac OS X 10.6.8 or newer to be synced from a Mac, which is above the maximum for a PowerBook G4(10.5.8.)

I upgraded my ATV and now when I select English during language selection, it goes no where. The language selection screen just comes up over and over again. I'M FED UP!
I have done the system restore several times to no avail.
WHAT DO I DO?Basic troubleshooting from the User's Guide is reset, restart, restore (first from backup then as new). Try each of these in order until the issue is resolved.
If the issue continues, take the device to Apple for evaluation. -
I have upgraded to IOS 7 and now I wish I did not as I have lost face time and iMessage and they would not get activated no mater what I have tried .it seems they are trying to get connected but are unable to do so.
It is becoming frustrating to try to get it activated .

Any radical solution that you have will be appreciated as it is becoming frustrating .First, try a system reset. It cures many ills and it's quick, easy and harmless...
Hold down the on/off switch and the Home button simultaneously until you see the Apple logo. Ignore the "Slide to power off" text if it appears. You will not lose any apps, data, music, movies, settings, etc.
If the Reset doesn't work, try a Restore. Note that it's nowhere near as quick as a Reset. It could take well over an hour! Connect via cable to the computer that you use for sync. From iTunes, select the iPad/iPod and then select the Summary tab. Follow the on-screen directions for Restore and be sure to say "yes" to the backup. You will be warned that all data (apps, music, movies, etc.) will be erased but, as the Restore finishes, you will be asked if you wish the contents of the backup to be copied to the iPad/iPod. Again, say "yes."
At the end of the basic Restore, you will be asked if you wish to sync the iPad/iPod. As before, say "yes." Note that that sync selection will disappear and the Restore will end if you do not respond within a reasonable time. If that happens, only the apps that are part of the IOS will appear on your device. Corrective action is simple - choose manual "Sync" from the bottom right of iTunes.
If you're unable to do the Restore and you have IOS-6 or lower, go into Recovery Mode per the instructions here. Also, if you have IOS-7, read this. -

Get yourself a micro USB cable (sold separately), you can restore your Apple TV from iTunes:
Remove ALL cables from Apple TV. (if you don't you will not see Apple TV in the iTunes Source list)
Connect the micro USB cable to the Apple TV and to your computer.
Open iTunes.
Select your Apple TV in the Source list, and then click Restore. -
I have an iPod Nano 6th Generation for just over three months and the down volume button is sticking. Does anyone have a recommendation for resolving?
Dont buy this model again, this is the most common problem and i have gone through 4 of these 6th gen nanos all with the same problem. You can find youtube videos that show you how to fix it yourself but you run the risk of breaking your ipod, also opening the ipod voids any warrently.

I just lost my office suite - ppt, word, and excel have crashed. What could have happened??????
I am in the middle of preparing a ppt presentation for my business. All of a sudden, the ppt crashed - then followed by word, excel, outlook.
What could have happened?Try:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Reset all settings
Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset All Settings.
All your preferences and settings are reset. Information (such as contacts and calendars) and media (such as songs and videos) aren’t affected.
- Restore from backup. See:

- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.
If still problem, make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store since it appears you have a hardware problem.

When I went to bed I had 3,000 song and multiple playlists. This morning I have ~30 songs and no playlists. What could have happened to my songs playlists? I run iTunes on a Windows 7 64-bit machine. HELP! (oh, and the Songs are not in recycle bin)
My wife's ipod nano was plugged into the machine overnight.
When she went running with it, there were no songs on it. She checked the computer and was horrified to see that the playlists had disappeared and most of the songs had disappeared.

Apple (and no one else) can not assist (with serial number or iCloud) in finding a lost or stolen iPad.
Report to police along with serial number. Change all your passwords.

I have lost my I phone5 amd I have enabled lost mode. But still I can't find out where it could be and I cloud search gives offline signal. If the thief turns on my phone is it possible to find out my phone or given any signal for me? is it possible for the thief to use or sell my I phone even it is on the locked mode by ICloud?

I received photoshop elements 11 as a gift 2 years ago. I am fearful that I have lost the serial number. I have the box and the sleeve but neither have a serial number. I have installed the trial version, but hope I can add a serial number. Any suggestions?

You should have a backup in the first place. If you don't, buy an external drive (they're inexpensive these days) and make a Time Machine or a clone backup (using Carbon Copy Cloner).
Then take your machine to your local Apple Store or an AASP and let them diagnose the computer. See if they can isolate what may possibly be making the 'clicking' sound.
