you have to take it to Apple for them to get it out.
forcing it out might do more damage.
drop it off the genius bar and let them have a go at it.

My AI program (CS5 Illustrator 15.1.0) will not open some PDFs. It was working just yesterday, but now will only open a PDF if the graphics of the PDF is visible in the box that appears in the lower left corner of the dialog box after you click Open. The file size does not seem to matter. Any ideas?

Please let me know if you have tried converting any other PDF to word with Reader.
Alos, please sign up at "https://cloud.acrobat.com/" using your Adobe ID credentials. Click on 'ExportPDF' tab and upload the PDF that you want to convert to Word.

I'm afraid you have dug yourself into a pit. Your feed - which appears to be OK - does however include this line:
<itunes:new-feed-url>http://www.pointsofinterestpodcast.com/feed</itunes:new-feed-url>
This redirects the iTunes Store and the iTunes application to that URK: however it's a web page, and cannot be read by iTunes. Hence it's not now possible to subscribe to your feed, and as the Store cannot read it it's been removed.
As the podcast has been removed you will have to submit it again as a new podcast. You will have to change the title slightly, or you will be told that it's already been submitted (even though it's been removed - this is a long-standing bug in the automated part of the submissions process). Obviously, take that tag out of the feed first. -

I unplugged my phone by accident while it was I down load mode now it it stuck with this plug and ITune picture on the screen I tried rebooting it.thanks for the reply, brian, but unfortunately that is what i meant by the hard reboot. i've done that many, many times and it's still stuck. nothing is helping and i can't even get it to sync to iTunes to restore it.

My iPod Touvh 4th Generation won't turn on. It will not charge even after I used a few chargers and will not connect to a computer. The Home button is broken and I don't know if the Lock/Sleep button is now broken or stuck as well. I believe there may be a problem with the battery or the backlight. I've had my screen replaced once by some stooges. What should I do?

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try on another computer
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.
