I lost my ipod and bought a new one when I logged in with my itunes account it says I didnt buy anything what do i do?

What can i do to get all my stuff back help?

What country are you in ? If they are still in the store then you should be able to re-download apps via the Purchased tab in the App Store app, and ibooks via the Purchased tab in the ibookstore in the iBooks app, but whether you can re-download music, films or tv shows via the Purchased tab in the iTunes store app depends upon what country that you are in - they can't be re-downloaded in all. Audiobooks and ringtones are currently a one-time only downloads. You don't have copies of your downloads on your computer's iTunes nor on a backup ?
What can be re-downloaded where : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5085
