I lost my ipod. icloud told me where was at but when i found it and its sitting right next to me it still say that it is in that location?

I know where it is at, right next to me but even after refreshing and restoring my ipod it says it is in that location and has been for the entire day and last night?

If you use the Maps app, where doe the iPod say it is?
How far off was the location?
Try exiting the findMyiPod on iCloud nad then try to find again.

My ipod identify the network, conects to it, but when I open an app that needs it, it doesnt work. What should I do?

No, it is not a bug. It is working as designed. And there is noting in the manual that staes you can create folders for a POP account.
You do know that any email sent through a POP account stays on the provider's server (often for years) even if you delete it from your inboxes, right? Completely beyond your control. Refusing to use an IMAP service doesn't protect you from anything.

I kept having a similar problem - 3 out of the 10 videos I had on iTunes wouldn't sync. They were in the right format and I KNEW they worked on my iPod because I'd RECORDED them on my iPod. I finally figured out what to do! Go to the movies in your iTunes library. Click on one that does not sync. Click on "Advanced" at the top of iTunes and choose "Create iPod or iPhone version". Once that's finished, be sure you delete the old version so you don't keep getting the error (or have 2 copies of the same video) and sync. This should eliminate the problem. At least it did for me!

Sounds like you need a new battery. Take the iPod Nano to an Apple store or an AASP. Whichever is more convenient for you.
