I lost my itunes library and backups to a fire but had my Ipod Touch with me, how do I get my "stuff" off
my ITouch to my new computer and new Itunes library ?????

Connect iPod to PC
Ignore iTunes prompt to sync.
Find ipod device in 'My computer'
Open the ipod drive and click on ORGANIZE. Then folder and search options tab. Then View and Show hidden files and folders. (You may have done this before)
A folder called "ipod_control" should appear. Open it
Within this folder there should be another "ipod_control" folder. Open that too.
Copy and paste everything in this folder to a folder in "My Music", name it so you can recognize it.
Return to iTunes, then go to File -> Add folder to libary.
Find that folder you pasted to my music. Highlight it and press select.
Wait. iTunes will recognise the code of the files and begin importing it all to your libary.
Thats it! Your files are moved. ^_^
(PS. you may want to look over them as some of the code will not have been translated, but if you recognise the songs then it should not be a problem.)

You can't sync your music back from an iPod to iTunes, the transfer of music is designed by default to be one way from iTunes to iPod. However there are a number of third party utilities that you can use to retrieve the files from your iPod, this is just a selection. If you go to the computer where your sync your phone to and open itunes and then go to edit in the tool bar then preferences then device preferences then devices.. hover the mouse pointer over your device name in the back up lists that appear there and it shows the IMEI

To delete from the Recently Added playlist and also from your library, select the items in the Recently added playlist and press Option Delete on your keyboard.
Select Move to trash.
Option Delete will remove an item from the library, even if it's in a smart playlist, thus removing it from any playlist.

You need to copy everything from your old computer, or your backup copy of your old computer, to the new one.
The music sync is one way - computer to ipod. The exception being itunes purchases: File>Transfer Purchases

I have a Mac Book, and as it's a little older, and was getting full, I moved my iPhoto library onto an external hard drive. This external hard drive was always plugged in, and iPhoto used it as it's store so to speak.
However, the hard drive has died which means I now have no access to any of my photo's.
As I sync both my iPad and iPhone to iphoto in it entirity, at the minute I have ALL my photos on both my iPad and my iPhone.
How can I recover the photo's onto my mac or new hard drive from the ipad or iphone? I don't dare plug either in at the minute as I don't want the Sync to remove the photos.

I have downloaded the Creative Cloud and signed in using my adobe username and password, but when I went to download the Photoshop App it is only giving me the TRIAL VERSION.
How do I make sure that the apps are the full version that I have already paid for? (I do know that my subscription is still current)
