I'm attempting to access my work email through Microsoft Outlook web client. The URL is mail.ad.msu.edu. I get the following message:
The website "mail.ad.msu.edu" requires a client certificate.
This website requires a certificate to validate your identity. Select the certificate to use when you connect to this website, then click Continue.
The choice I am presented with is: adp3d (iChat Encryption Certificate) (Apple.Mac Certificate Authority)
I'm thinking that this can't be correct, and in fact doesn't allow me to signing to the website.
How do I go about getting the proper certificate?

Is there any way to access my other email accounts through iCloud?
Example: My work email is through cox mail. (it is [email protected] I never really used my mobileme email (that is now in iCloud).
For iCloud to be useful for me, I would want to access my work email through it when I am on the road. Is it possible to add other email accounts?
Of course, I can access my cox mail through their own website - but it sure would be useful to access my calendar, mail, etc all in one place (the cloud). Isnt that the point?
I have heard of people setting up - for example - a gmail account but have it actually LOOK like their work email to the receiver. If I cannot just add my other accounts to iCloud, is this a possibility?

I could park my iWeb websites of my children - with iCloud that disappeared. Kinda defeats the user-friendliness of iWeb. One click publishing through mobileme account was a great idea.

So you are saying it works ok as long as you avoid certain pages such as this Forum. That makes me wonder if it could be malware that is blocking access to assistance.Run malwarescans with multipe and up-to-date tools.

This happened to me as well. I read somewhere else that resetting the network settings (General, Reset, Reset Network Settings) would help and it partially did. I get half (the folders) of the Web Access screen rather than a blank screen. I tried tihs a few more times and got the right half (the messages) on occasion but never the whole web page.

Outlook Web App (new name) on Exchange Server 2010 should be quite full featured. The Outlook Web Access supplied with Exchange 2003 didn't offer a very good experience for browsers other than IE...
Could you describe where the problem with fonts is: when composing messages, or when reading/working with the UI?

I imagine this has been asked many times but I could not readily find the info in a clear manner. I would like to set up my iphone so it can access my company email, which is Outlook 2003. They use an MS Exchange server. Any specific instructions would be very much appreciated. (I do not know much about email servers, etc.)

FYI - although Outlook 2003 also includes calendar and address book functions, this is called an email client which is used to access an email account or multiple email accounts.
The only way to access an Exchange account with the iPhone is as what is called an IMAP account and the Exchange Server administrator must enable IMAP account access on the Exchange Server.
So you need to contact whoever at your company is responsible for this and ask if IMAP account access is enabled on the server and if not, are they able to do so. If so, you get the required account setup information from this person also such as the incoming and outgoing mail server information in order to access the account as an IMAP account with the iPhone's email client or with any non-Microsoft email client.

This is getting frustrating. Every example of my problem has the same reply:
Try deleting the iPod Photo Cache folder. This is normally located in your pictures folder. Once this is done, try syncing again.

Do you mean you can't see the instructions on what to do if there is no UpperFilters entry?
If so, here's the relevant instructions for that step:
On the right side of the Registry Editor window, right-click the UpperFilters entry and choose Modify from the shortcut menu.
Right-click the empty white space within the right-hand portion of the Registry Editor window. From the shortcut menu, choose New > Multi-String Value.
Name this new value "UpperFilters" (without the quotes). Then, right-click the newly created UpperFilters entry and choose Modify from the shortcut menu.

I used Terminal to change the permissions on the folder in question. I followed the instructions in this article:
iTunes: Missing folder or incorrect permissions may prevent authorization
In my case, the folder was there, so I needed the command to change permissions on the folder, not to create one. I was hesitant to use Terminal b/c I know that if I made an error I could wipe out my hard drive or render my computer unusable. So to be SURE I didn't make an error, I carefully copied the command from that page and *pasted* it into Terminal. Also, before I could do anything in Terminal, I had to go change my admin password (it had been a blank password before and that's not acceptable for making changes in Terminal). I was just super careful when entering my password or doing anything else while Terminal was open (making sure I didn't accidently hit the spacebar or another key, etc.) And it fixed the problem right away.
What was confusing for me was that the iTunes error message said to change permissions in the FINDER, which is what I was trying to do. It didn't mention Terminal. What would really be helpful is if Apple included a link to a page like this in their error message.
