I'm unable to Order a photo book in Iphoto 9. Iphoto is "unable to authenticate user" or "enable 1-click ordering" even after the Apple ID has Express Ordring turned on. Who else is having this issue today?
We've been on the phone with Apple for over 4 hours. Been shifted to many people. Created New Accounts. Reset and rebooted everything, but still our accounts are unable to use 1-Click ordering. How hard have we worked on this book?
We got our book ordered late Friday. Unfortunately the issue caused us a big delay and was very stressful. Everyone on Tech Support, or misdirected to Sales Support was very pleasant and tried to be helpful.

Using Firefox, I can login and browse my financial institution website (NFCU) but I cannot pay bills. When I click the bill pay tab, the tab loads about 66% and then hangs (loading). I have let it load until NFCU asks me if I want to cancel the session, a much to long of a load time. Has anyone else reported having this issue with NFCU or Mozilla Firefox 3.6.18?

Several of us have a iPhone 6plus and are having trouble with hearing and speaking at the same time when using the phone. ? The speakers seem to be too far apart? Are others having this issue? Solutions?

Who else is having MAJOR issues with their Droid DNA post 4.4 (KitKat) update??
I usually don't complain or post much about my phone because problems are generally quickly fixed, but this update is just ridiculous. After updating to KitKat, my phone has the following problems:
1. Text Messages - I constantly get text message errors. Always get the error that my message is not able to be sent. I have two problems with this. First, I get the error that the message was not able to be sent, but the recipient tells me they get mass spammed the same message 3+ times. Second, sometimes the recipient does not receive the message and it never goes through.
2. Network connection - Since the update, my phone usually does NOT have any type of connection whatsoever. The status bar shows I have 3G or 4G, but when I go to the internet app or try to use any form of data, I get the No data connection/no network connection error. Also, many times I am unable to receive/place calls.
2. Battery Life - significantly reduced battery life. This is not too big a deal because I'm assuming the new Android version takes more battery power. I can stomach this.
Please assist me with this as soon as possible. I'd hate to have to drop Verizon for such a silly issue.I'm sorrry to hear you're having so many issues with your Droid DNA after your update pl124. I can understand the frustrations you're experiencing but we are here to help. Have you performed any trouble shooting steps with us regarding the issues you're having? Although I'm unable to fix any of the functionality changes caused by the update, I can help with the issues. Are you using a 3rd party messaging app? If so, its always a good idea to temporarily remove it to see if its causing an issue. We also recommend safe mode, which disables all apps and allows you the opportunity to readd them one at a time to see if that particular one is causing an issue. Additionally, if you're having issues with missed calls and text, we also recommend a SIM card pull to reconnect your phone back to the towers. Just like rebooting a computer down completely and back up. Where are you located (zipcode)? Are issues with calls and text occuring inside or outside our home? There may be an issue in the area. The great thing is you always have the chance to download apps from the app store to help with personalization for your ringtones, wallpapers, graphics, and minor functionalities. I know its upsetting to have so many changes after personalizing your phone but we hope the software gave you some benefits. If you continue to have problems, a hard reset is the last step that can usually correct minor issues but will also require a complete reset back to factory settings. Keep us posted and let us know if the phone gets better with some of the steps above. We want you to love your phone again and only change devices because you are ready for the latest and greatest and not because of issues.

I have a Mac Pro 5.1 and after a power outage my usb ports on the back of the tower do not recognise the apple usb keyboard upon start up. If I leave the plug out and then insert the keyboard after start up it works fine. The same happens with the front usb ports. How do I fix this issue?

Last night the screen changed suddenly. brief alert about patch. unable to open email inbox to read/send emails. logged off thinking all would be right by morning. today, can access internet, google, etc, but unable to open email inbox. plus the listing of the various yahoo accts has changed the sequence order. please help. i depend on my email for my livelihood. i can read emails on my blackberry so the issue is not my internet provider.

I can't order some photo books I created in iphoto
I've created several photo album books in my iphoto program, and every time I hit "order book" it tells me I can't on this version on iphoto. But when I hit the 'learn more" tab to download whatever I do need, the computer tells me I already have it. So confused.

If this is an iPhoto question (the forum you posted in) and if you have iPhoto '11 (you tell nothing about your system) then you set the print products country in the iPhoto preferences

it has been 24 hours and Siri still doesn't want to take any commands anyone else have this problem too? and how can I fix it? she just keeps saying there is something wrong and to try again later. I didn't buy this phone to be jipped on any features.
Mine wasnt working either but i saw in another thread that you should try Settings>General>Reset>Reset All Settings. Ignore the warnings, all your settings have to be changed back but you dont lose any media or data, you just have to put your background back and location settings. It fixed Siri for me but dictation still doesnt work. Hopefully it works for you :-]

After updating my 4S to iOS 5.1.1 last night, none of my data applications are working today, nor Siri, iMessage or anything of the like. I'm at a loss as to what might have caused it. Is anyone else having this issue/has anyone found a fix? Everything seems to work fine if I connect to wireless, but if I'm not connected to it then nothing is working. My service provider says everything should be working fine, I still have the 3G symbol and full bars.
Somebody clearly hasn't read the User Guide.
Basic troubleshooting steps are retart, reset, restore from backup, restore as NEW.
If you have tried ALL of these steps and you're still having problems, then you need to bring your phone into Apple for evaluation. -
I have a document that I wrote today on my phone, went to open it again and the app kept crashing or it would only open half the file. Is anyone else having this issue? On the preview it shoes the whole file, but when I open it only shows a few paragraphs. When I email the file it only shows a few paragraphs, but when I go to open it both on my ipad and iphone it crashes the app.
Everything is up to date.I also have Jolly's problem. I found the iMovie 9.0.9 folder and tried to launch the older version of iMove. It would not launch. I removed all of the iMovie preferences from the Preferences folder, removed iMove 10 from the applications folder, and restarted my Mac. iMove 9.0.9 still won't launch and I can't access my videos created with the older version of iMovie. Is there a way to uninstall iMovie 10 and reinstall iMovie 9.0.9?

I just upgraded iPhoto and OSX to the most recent versions (9.4.3 and 10.8.4) and am also having Photo Stream problems. Did you just do software update also? Now I can't get Photo Stream to work properly and it is completely bogging down my iPhoto. My only temporary solution is to totally log off of iCloud - fixes the problem of my iPhoto bogging down but obviously also turns off my Photo Stream. Please post again if you get it figured out.

Lightroom 5 file edited in photoshop cc 2014 does not appear back next to original after save. Is anyone else having this issue? If so what is the fix. The edited image appears back in lightroom in a new folder.
I'm performing a normal "Save", not "Save As". Work flow I'm using is as follows: Select photo in Lightroom 5.7 >" Edit In" Photoshop CC 2014 > (after working on photo is PS) > Save > close PS. Photo returns to Lightroom 5.7 in a new folder rather than next to the original. Prior to purchasing the monthly plan and upgrading to PS CC 2014, I performed this same work flow using Lightroom 5.6 and Photoshop CS6 without any issues.
Just for fun... I attempted to move the edited file back into the original folder. I received a prompt that said the file already existed in the original folder, however I can't see it except the new folder that LR created. I tried several different sort orders, etc without any success.
*** Follow up: Was unable to resolve the issue using Photoshop CC 2014. Uninstalled PS CC 2014 and went back to using Photoshop CS6. Return trips from LR 5.7 to Photoshop is now performing as it should: returning edited photo back to the original folder in LR 5 and placing next to the original image.
Should anyone have a suggestion on getting Photoshop CC 2014 to do the same, I would love to be educated.

I own Lightroom 4 and have updated the software however, I am unable to import images taken on the Sony A6000. I have also updated the raw converter and am still having this issue.
You can either upgrade to Lightroom 5.4 or later, or use the free Adobe DNG Converter version 8.6 to convert your RAW photos to DNG, which then will import into Lightroom 4.
