I need a new start up disc what do i do? i have one for my 12" powerbook g4 but i crashed on me i just got a 15" powerbook and the same disc will not reboot it says this disc will not work

If you want to learn more about your Powerbook's age, use the Machine ID in Apple menu -> About This Mac -> More Info along with 3 digits of the serial number to determine what version it is.

The serial number has only 3 important characters, and they are labeled ABC, where the x are any letter or number.
Some serial numbers are longer than others, but the 3rd, 4th and 5th place holder are the most important:
xxABCxxxxx...
A is the last digit of the year of manufacture.
BC is the two digit week of manufactrure (which may be 03 for 3rd week).
xx403xxxxx is the 3rd week of 2004.
What week, year, and Machine ID do you have?

Based on the description, the context menu for the flagged contact doen't work in Outlook. I am tring to rerpoduce this issue however failed.
I suggest that you check the state of the add-in first to see wether the add-in was loaded successfully.

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try on another computer
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

When you say they don't work, what are you trying to do? When you say the ring switch, I'm assuming you are referring to the mute switch that turns the ringer off/on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
The standard troubleshooting procedures for the iPhone are:
Power off/on
Reset
Restore, first from backup, then as a new phone.
IF that doesn't help, then you make an appointment at the nearest Apple Genius Bar and have them see if there is a hardware issue. -

Download the 10.9.3 Combo update and install it. Unplug all peripherals (external drives etc) and exit all apps while it's being installed, reboot afer it completes.

this happened after taking out the head-phones. Now even after pressing CMD+ALT+P+R when booting - the sound of booting appeares BUT after the desktop is ready the sound doesn't work and sound buttons show the sign "circle with crossed line"If there is a red light visible in the audio output port, the switch id stuck. Insert the earphone jack a few times. If that fails to trip the switch, try a toothpick or similar device and jiggle it inside the port. If that fails, try a shot or two of compressed air. If still no success, go to a repair facility.
