I Need Help i have no idea how to fix this issue, but basically i bought my iphone 4 from amazon and i factory reset it and put the 02 simcard that it required, then once doing this im now stuck at the activation screen as it says "please put the appleID"
Where do i go from here i do not know what to do as i have been trying to contact the person i bought it from but they have given me no reply i need advice on how to get this problem solved, i do have the email confirmation is that enough to get apple to deactivate it from the persons Icloud
Until that person help you, the iPhone is a dead weight. We can't help you with this. This is the new activation lock feature to prevent stolen iPhone from activating.

No I didn't even read through your post, to long.
You said that "No matter what program I try to install, as soon as the installer opens it crashes". Were you talking about the install for this/these 3D programs or ANY program? As it is worded it sounded like ANY program. That tells me there is a problem with your Mac, software or hardware.
Now you say others install programs, which is it. Programs other then the 3D ones install or no programs install?
Could simply be your Mac is to old to run these programs and the installer knows that. You never said what model or year Mac it is. -
In my email all the messages from one person bunch together and I would like to separate them. I have done this before on my iPhone but just recently got an iPad and its doing it on this, so does anyone have any ideas how to fix this issue?
Settings >> Mail, Contacts. Calendars >> Organise by Thread. Switch to OFF to see every individual email in the Inbox.

Several days ago some of the links in my Apple Mail messages stopped working. Specifically, the links going to some variation of "response beacon" don't work. All I see is a blank screen. Does anyone have any idea how to fix this?
* "Clear the Cache": Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"
* "Remove the Cookies" from sites that cause problems: Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"
Start Firefox in [[Safe Mode]] to check if one of your add-ons is causing your problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).
* Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.

Not exactly all websites but many seem to be defaulting to their Mobile versions when using my Macbook Air... this is not dependent on browser type (Safare, chrome and firefox have been tried)... this is a new problem and may have started after the Mavericks update (although I am not 100% sure about the timing).

cannot reinstall I TUNES on my computer windows 7 vissta. it's worked until i updated two days ago. it keeps saying MSVCR80.dll component not found. the error 7 windows error 126. i have uninstalled and reinstalled number of times. i have no idea where or what MSVCR80.dll is or went. thank you.
The same for me. Using iTunes for years then the update to the new verison failed. Cannot find MSVCR80.dll and I did the reinstall as recommended on the error window. Disater, now I get additiona erros: Windows error 126 and Apple mobile divice cannot determine my priviledges, even running as administrator. From now on I will create a restore point before updating apple products. Never had a problem with itunes or any other Apple program in the past. I cannot find a thread where Apple reconizes the problem and is working a fix.

My iphone 3gs says I need to restore my phone with itunes. when i connect the phone it says i need to unlock the phone which i cannont due because of the caution on the phone. How do i fix this?
Hold down the power button and home button at the same time until the phone powers on, shuts back off, powers on again and continue to hold it until it shows the itunes logo to plug in to itunes. This should allow you to restore without unlocking it.

My 2006 - 2008 Mac Pro running Lion will not play HDV 1080i60 footage in FCP 7. When I open the sequence settings, all HDV codecs are hdv1, hdv2, hdv3, and so forth. However, when I open the project on my other Mac Pro running Snow Leopard and FCP 6, the footage works fine as it does on my newer Imac running Mavericks and FCP 7. I have tried a Quicktime update on the Mac Pro that the footage doesn't work on but it says that I already have the newest version of Quicktime installed. I have also tried reinstalling the Final Cut Pro Studio twice, still no fix. I'm completely out of solutions and need to be able to edit HDV footage on this machine. Any help would be great. Thanks.
there was a recent software update that seemed to screw HDV up. Do some searching here over the last month or 2 and you'll find a bunch of posts and some possible solutions.
Worst case scenario, do as Shane suggests. But might I suggest you take a look at the user tips section of the forum. there are some great tips on how to prevent these sorts of problems by cloning your startup drive, etc. -
I have tried making new iphoto libraries and new accounts and the problem still continues, everytime I try to import I get the colorwheel and then it quits and an error mesage pops up, if anyone has any ideas for how to fix it I would be grateful

I'm trying to re-install Itunes. I keep getting an error message that says....
"Apple Moblie Device failed to start, Verify you have sufficiant privileges to start system services"
Does anyone know what this means, or how to fix?

Close iTunes and disconnect the iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.
Click the Windows Start button .
In the Start Search field type Services.
In the Programs section of the search results, Click "Services".
Select Apple Mobile Device and click Stop the service as shown below:
After the service has stopped, click Start the service.
After the Apple Mobile Device service has started again, open iTunes and connect the device.
Set the Apple Mobile Device Service Startup type to Automatic
Remove and reinstall iTunes and AMDS

Help- I have no idea how to use this program.
Hi All,
I am really at a loss at the moment. I am hoping to create a flash document for work in order to present an idea I have. What I am basically wanting to do is to create an interactive workbook for clients on occupational health and safety.
The problem is, I can visualise what I want but just cannot work out this programme (i mean to the extent I don't even know how to pull in the documents I want) let alone make it interactive.
I know this is a long shot but is there anyone willing to help me get started with this???

When trying to upload files I received the following error: "The Java Wizard cannot run. Please configure your browser to allow Java applets to access the filesystem."
If the problem is with a site that is hosted using MOVEit DMZ by Ipswitch, please notify the site owner of the issue and ask them to apply the patch that is available on the support site to resolve the issue.
This is a better resolution than downgrading your version of Java that was updated due to security issues. -
Firefox crashes before it can be open, just started today and have no idea how to fix it.
