    First, log into your iTunes Store account and see if the purchases are reflected in the Purchase History.

    If they are and you're sure you or someone you know didn't make the purchase, perhaps as an in-app purchase,  immediately change the password to your iTunes Store account, making sure it's not something easily guessed or looked up. Then go here:
    http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/
    and follow the instructions to report the issue to the iTunes Store. 
    If the charges are not reflected in the Purchase History, then it's most likely a fraudulent charge to your credit card directly rather than an unauthorized purchase through your iTunes Store account and it will be up to your bank to handle.

    Well, you have to choose from one of the various options available for support to be able to talk to someone. Numbers are also region-specific. If you go in to this page http://helpx.adobe.com/contact/index.html you'll be able to drill down to what you want support for. You can get specific numbers there.
    I bought a new MacBook Pro and transfered everything from Time Machine. Now my Photoshop is not responding to my commands properly. It does what it wants to do and crashes when I move layers with the mouse.
    The answer to your issue is in your question itself. When you buy a new MacBook Pro and migrate data using Migration Assistant or Time Machine, Photoshop WILL misbehave. You have to do a fresh install of Photoshop using the installation disc or the downloaded installation file (if you opted for electronic delivery). This will 110% fix your issue.
    Please understand we're here to offer you solutions as well. We're not all Adobe employees, most of us are 'users' just like you who are voluntarily contributing to this community. We're more than willing to help you resolve this issue (just like we help 100s of users each day resolve their issues) if you're willing to provide us relevant and detailed information.

    I called apple to see is there any one I can talk to about some iTunes bill that I didn't know any thing about. It looks like someone has been buying music,video, and ringtones with my account. The lady with apple told me to fill out a form on the web site and someone will get back to me with in 48hrs or 2day...that was Monday. No one e-mail me. So today I call my bank to see if every thing was okay and it wasn't. The bank told me that I have a $182.14 fee on my account because iTunes has taking money out and there was a overdraft fee. All adding you to $182.14. I'm not to mad right now. I would just like to have my money and fee taking care of.

    why not bother with MobileMe?
    Because you'll need to provide a credit card, and the chat account will only be valid for 30 days unless you pay for it. Unless you want MobileMe for some other reason, it's not worth it.

    The only people that would be able to track the location of the phone is anyone who has the login information to your mobile me account. In order to check to see if you have this feature enabled, go to www.me.com and type in your login information. Before hitting the Enter key to log in, make sure you have the "Find my iPhone" icon selected (looks like a radar). If the feature was enabled, it will then begin to load a map displaying where the phone is. If the feature has no been enabled, then it will produce an error. On a brighter note, if your device was Passcode Locked, then there is no way for anyone to access ANY of your data. The only option is to restore the device to factory settings which would require a complete data wipe of the device. Beyond that, if you are serious about no one using your lost iPhone, you can talk to AT&T about blacklisting the IMEI number. This would prevent the iPhone from being used on any network that uses the same towers as AT&T. This is not something I have had a personal experience doing, but I know that it can be done.

    The S4 has documented issues with the display going dark for no apparent reason.  This happened to my wife's S4 twice, and both times the phone was replaced under warranty.  The problem seems to originate with a small, undetectable crack under the surface glass on the LCD display.  These cracks develop structurally and not the result of abuse or accidental damage.
    If you take it to a Verizon store, they should be able to confirm there is no damage to the phone and get a replacement under warranty ordered for you.  At least, that's how it worked for me.
    Oh...just for kicks, try holding down the home button and the power button together for 10 or 15 seconds.  This is a "reboot" of the phone and may or may not have any effect.

    You've checked the purchase history on your account via your computer's iTunes (log into your account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View Account menu option, you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it, click on that and you should then see a list of your purchases) and you don't recognise them, and nobody else has access to your account or devices and may have made them, then you can contact iTunes Support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption
