My Iphone 4 has only 16 GB storage (used 13,5 GB) but my ipad has 64 GB - I have bought ekstra 15 GB storage on icloud but I can'nt seem to use it for all my downloaded/bought music .
how can i use the extra storage on icloud for all my music on itunes ?

settings - app/iTunes store - sign out and sign back in with your new id.
Note - if your older apps needs an update it will use your old apple id and password, as Apps are tied to the apple id that was used to purchase it.
You can't merge apple id.

Unfortunately, at the moment you cannot create two user profiles on one iOS device.

Our experience is a little different, we have different iTunes accounts for different family members, each family member has their own iTunes library on their own mac, each mac uses my Apple ID for homesharing and we are able to play purchased content from each library on the Apple TV.

Do you have a backup? If you restored as new, your messages were deleted. Unless you have a backup to restore from, they are gone permanently. Do you regularly backup in iTunes or to iCloud?

It's a glitch with facebook. All you can do is wait for FB to fix it or find a work around like third party apps that might work better

Yes. You can have multiple iPhones on the same ID, up to the maximum 5 total devices. FaceTime will use the sim number for calls and you can configure each phone separately, or configure one and then back it up to iTunes and them restore the image to the others.
