I ordered copies of my books but no approval button has appeared

I ordered copies of my books but no approval button has appeared like they usually do. What's going on ? I want to approve the books and get them on Amazon.com !!!!

Understood, thanks. The books have an ISBN and met Lulu specifications. I dont see the approve button yet. I only see the manage button. Is that what I am supposed to click on ? I ordered the books on february 14 and as of today, february 18, 2015, they're listed as having been shipped though I havent received them in the mail yet. I have published books with Lulu before and mere hours after publishing them, and ordering them, the Approve button was right there and all I had to do was click. Is there a way to contact Lulu about maybe a glitch in the system or an error on their part ? I just want to publish the books and get them on Amazon.com and other sites. Please and thank you.

Yes - select the book and duplicate it (Command - D) in case of problems - open it and click change theme and select the theme and the new style of binding
Before ordering your book preview it using this method - http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1040 - and save the resulting PDF for reference - the delivered book will match it.
then order after you have carefully checked the preview

Have problem to order copies of the Book just completed in iPhoto

     My first venture at making a book in iPhoto with family pictures, has, once I understood the practical business of getting pictures organised, been very successful, so I clicked on the "Buy" button and thereafter my efforts to order 3 copies of the book have failed miserably.
     Problem is related to my address. I have lived in France for over 20 years, and although my Mac language and software is predominately English, thought my order would go to Apple France, however I was presented with an address format which explicitely stated "United Kingdom" and would not recognise French postal codes, for the "ship to" address. I couldn't find an alternative, so I had to give up. There doesn't seem to be a way to change from the UK system. The cost is in Sterling, which is not a problem, but delivery from the UK is likely to be several days longer than from within France.
     If all Book processing for Europe is done in the UK, that's fine, but it would help if the system recognised French postal code formats and the my address did not have 'United Kingdom' as a fixture.
     I have probably missed some instruction in the system, but I would appreciate help as to what to do next. (I would rather not have to start again sorting pictures)

We are fellow users here on these user-to-user forums, you're not talking to iTunes Support nor Apple.
What happens when you try to redownload it ? What you can redownload will show under the Purchased link under Quicklinks on the right-hand side of the iTunes store homepage on your computer's iTunes - does that album show there ? If music shows there but not that album then is it hidden : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4919 ?

I am trying to add text to the I photo book inside the which indicate the boundaries but a red triangle has appeared. for indicate the boundaries for such text, however there is a small red triangle appearing to say that I have too much text.

Check the font size, if it's just a little too close to the top of the box, it will reject it.

Imported .CSV address book but email address do not appear

After reviewing community support I was able to get names to appear but they are no longer associated with email addresses.

Well we do share lots in common. My Windows 8 DVD gathers dust.
I do not recall if I mention it in the blog post, but the number of field Thunderbird imports is limited (to about 15 if I recall correctly). CSV address files from places like Outlook.com/hotmail/MSN/NINEMSN etc simply place the email address at about the 40th field and Thunderbird simply does not see it to import. Trimming the fat in a spreadsheet makes the import work much better. Further if you align the field names in the spreadsheet program you do not have to fiddle in the Thunderbird box moving things up and down until they match.

I entered time machine and wish to exit but the cancel button has no effect and neither does command quit. I have no access to the Apple toolbar to use force quit. How do I get out of this thing?????

I opened the backup window of my time machine. I now wish to exit. The cancel button and Command quit have no effect. Turning off the IMac and disconnecting the time machine have no effect. I have no access to the normal tool bar. I want outa here. Help!

Ordering a printed photo book

I am trying to order a printed photo book but when I type in my details my telephone number is rejected as invalid. I have ordered books previously with no problem. Any suggestions?

By trial and error I have solved the problem. The "primary number" field is expecting seven digits but my number is only six digits. I tried putting a leading zero before my number and it was accepted. The leading zero was subsequently dropped automatically. I presume you can also put in a zero at the end but I didn't try that.

Sending a email with the form attached but no submit Button

Hi experts,
I have designed a form in ABAP using the t-code SFP. i Have a button "accept", in the form.
Now i am calling this form from an executable program and send it to mail with the form attached.
I am successfully receiving the mail with the form attach.
Now my requirement is when i open the attached form and click on ACCEPT button, again a mial shud be triggered with the same form attached but no ACCEPT button shud appear on the form.
I am able to trigger the mail on click of the ACCEPT button and mail is also sent withj the form attached , but the ACCEPT button still exists.
I have written the following code on click of the button.
this.presence = "invisible";
event.target.submitForm();
Please some expert help me in solving this problem as soon as possible.

Did you get my point hwta i have mentioned? The steps which I have suggested will solve your problem.
Please add one dummy attribute (One Char length) to the Form interface.
In the form add one hidden field - SubmitFlag and bind this to the dummy attribute of the interface. Before submit set this flag to Y.
On form Load check if Submit Flag is Y or not. if it is then hide the button agin.
This will work fine for you.

But first i will suggest to try yourself.

Buy an external USB hard drive and copy your data to it. Either that or burn them all to single or double layer DVDs (depending on amount of data you have). Or if it's really a small amount, consider putting it all on a USB memory stick.

Mac OS X does not offer a Clean install option. If by clean install you mean erasing the system, that is not recommended unless:
1. You bought a used/refurbished Mac and there is software on it without any accompanying discs, and it is older than July 20, 2011 in model release:

Or if it is at or newer, then erase it if it has applications installed that would not have been prebundled with it and you have no CDs for those applications.
You don't want someone else's software keys, or accounts, or to be running unlicensed software. At and newer Macs offer a built-in internet restore for their software with a command-R boot that lets you erase the system with Disk Utility, and then install from the internet the latest operating system.
2. You have a hardware issue and want to eliminate possible software issues as the cause when troubleshooting a problem all at once.
Issues affecting a new install have to be isolated before you attempt it. Unless you know it is software or hardware, erasing may only mask other problems.

Go thru every page in the book and look for any text box. Unused text boxes will have somegthing like this in them:

Just put a space in those text boxes where you didn't put text previously. Check the inside flaps of the book jacket also.

How to Order more than One Book

I have built 3 different books in Iphoto. I have not ordered any of them yet because I was under the impression that ordering all 3 at one time would make me eligible for free shipping. However, I cannot figure out how to place an order that includes all 3. Now, I find the button to make it work if the order was for 3 copies of the same book, but I am trying to get 1 copy of 3 different books. If I have to make a separate order for each book, that would be $24 in shipping since each one is $8. That seems a bit steep since I am ordering them all at one time. I was wondering if you could please tell me how to place this order, or if you could possibly supply me with a coupon code for free shipping- not sure if that is an option but seems to be a quick and easy option.

No - your are incorrect - you can not combine multiple books into one order and there is no free shipping for multiple books See http://www.apple.com/support/photoservices/ordering_options/

For example, if you want to order one book with a black cover and the same book with a red cover, or you would like to order a card and a calendar, you will need to place two separate orders.
