Try to reset the device:
Device Reset (won't affect settings/data/music/apps/etc)
1. Press and hold (& continue to hold) BOTH the Sleep/Wake button & the Home button.
2. Continue to hold BOTH (ignoring any other messages that may show) until you see the Apple logo on the screen.
3. Release BOTH buttons when you see the Apple logo and allow the device to boot normally. -
I can't remember why but I made two Apple ID's, one with a Gmail address and another with a Yahoo address. I have always used my Yahoo address Apple ID to purchase my apps but I have recently deactivated my Yahoo address. So now I want to start using my Gmail address Apple ID but I can't purchase any apps or even my old apps on my iPhone. How can I use and re-install apps through my Gmail address Apple ID on my iPhone? And is there a way to deactivate my Yahoo address Apple ID that I do not want to use anymore?
Apple does not transfer content bought with one Apple ID to another Apple ID. Apple will not merge two Apple IDs.
If most of your content was bought with the Yahoo! Apple ID but you now want the Gmail address for your Apple ID, the trick will be to change the address used for the Yahoo ID with the Gmail address. However, to do that you must first free the Gmail address from that other Apple ID. Use the instructions from Apple to substitute another address that is not used as an Apple ID for your Gmail address in the Apple ID with the Gmail address. Then, when the Gmail address is no longer used in an Apple ID, you can use the same instructions to substitute the Gmail address for the Yahoo address in the Apple ID with the Yahoo address.

Files on my computer were added. In the files were pics of my hard drive and flags. Text editor had a lot of code. Is there anyway to convert the code? Trying to see if my crazy ex did this. And did someone have to have access to my computer to do this?
Disconnect from the network.
Back up all data to at least two different storage devices, if you haven't already done so. The backups can be made with Time Machine or with a mirroring tool such as Carbon Copy Cloner. Preferably both.
Reconnect to the network.
Boot into Recovery (command-R at startup), launch Disk Utility, and erase the startup volume with the default options.This operation will destroy all data on the volume, so you had be better be sure of your backups. Quit Disk Utility and install OS X. When you reboot, you'll be prompted to go through the initial setup process. That’s when you transfer the data from one of your backups. My app has been deleted and it wants me to buy it again, what can i do?
I bought Fifa 12 for my Iphone probably 5 days after the app was released. I enjoyed playing the game and had gone quite far on it. When the recent update was released i had trouble downloading it and eventually tried to download it on my computer because it was too big to download through my network. When i went to try and sync the app onto my phone i noticed that it had gone and wasn't on my list of apps or on my phone. I tried to re-install the app but when i went onto it , it is asking for £3.99 to buy the app but I have already paid for it?
What can I do?
ThanksYou should be able to re-download it for free, as long as it's the same app and you are using the same iTunes account as you originally used - does it show in the Purchased tab at the bottom of the App Store app on your phone or in the Puchased link on the right-hand side of the iTunes home page on your computer's iTunes ?

What do you mean 'only got some songs not all' ?
Has the album now been released ? If it is has and you've paid for it (you aren't charged when you pre-order an item, only when it's released) then you should be able to download the complete e.g. via the Purchased tab in the iTunes store app on your phone, or the Purchased link under Quick Links on the right-hand side of the iTunes store homepage on your computer's iTunes. -
So I preordered a album on iTunes and it was priced at 9.99 and when I preordered it bought the two available songs for down load in that album do I still need to pay the 9.99 or will I pay less since it bought the two song when I preordered
If the two tracks have been released early then you will only be charged for the remainder when the actual album is released i.e. $9.99 minus the cost of those two tracks.

I have songs on my iPhone 6 that I can't remove and when I plug into iTunes and go to "Summary" and "On This Device" the songs don't show up but they are on my phone. How do I remove them? Not even sure how they got on actually since I have a iTouch and keep all my music there. HELP!!
Have you tried deleting the songs from Settings?
Settings -> General -> Usage -> Manage Storage (not the iCloud link!) -> Music and then click Edit to enable you to be able to delete. -
I am the owner of my iPhone 4 and it had not been updating and allowing me to download apps. So I decided to do factory setting, before doing so I had backed up my phone on my computer then I had erased everything from my iphone. But now I want to start everything from the beginning, and on my setting my Apple ID is present however when I put my password in it doesn't let me log in. The message that I receive says that I would have to remove my Apple ID as it will not let me log in with that I'd even though I am the original owner, I have tried everything on find my iPhone as well, even there my Apple ID not showing on the devise.
If anyone has had a similar experience could you please advise me on what to do,
ThanksYou must have the credentials that were used to turn on Find my iPhone on the device. Without them, you can not get past the activation lock.

Why yahoo/gmail retrieval and facebook app so so slow when in WIFI. But using the internet to check for emails and facebook is fast using the same WIFI connection??

Yes tried resetting the wifi connection and problem still persist.
Here it is...to make it clear. Connected thru the same wifi at home...
-> emails (yahoo/gmail) and facebook WEBSITES are working fine and fast when using/accessing thru a browser (chrome/samsung browser) - no problem with this.
-> emails (yahoo/gmail) and facebook APP is soooooo sloooww (thru the App). Slow I mean comparing it to using their browser/websites... news feeds/emails refreshing so quickly but not when using the APP installed in Samsung Galaxy Note 4. Slow like - It will take around 5-10minutes just to get your emails and news feed refreshed.
THIS HAPPENS ONLY WHEN CONNECTED THRU A WIFI which has a speed of 10-20mb. It is not happening when connected to the network data/plan.
My wife has the same Samsung Galaxy Note 4 (coming from different provider at&t) - same setup (emails, fb app), same wifi connection, but she's not experiencing anything like it.
Not sure why, I dont want to believe that while connected to a WIFI, Verizon is restricting anything and ******* me off to make me switch to my data plan connection everytime - which is Unfair!
Was there a known issue similar about this case?

i have an ipod, ipad, and iphone. ilike to use imessage on all of them but i dont want messages to appear on the devices i am not currently using. nor do i want to have to keep a saparate account / id for each device how do i fix the settings on each so that with the same ID / login I can chech me emails, share contacts etc, be able to use i messenger on each without the whole conversation automatically beiing picked up by my other devices? some conversations just arent intended to be shared!
Turn it into the local police department with an explanation as to who you tried to contact and what they told you. That's the only safe procedure, as otherwise the owner could report the iPod as stolen, even though you tried to return it, and get you into trouble.
