Can anyone direct me an easy way to exchange or cancel my order Elements order?
My credit card has not yet been processed nor have I downloaded the product cuz I mistakenly ordered a windows version instead of a mac version

One last thing, Bob. Trying to maneuver the Adobe support site is very difficult. I often wonder about the geniuses that design these sites. I do not think they have ever used it. If so, they might better understand the old adage: more really is less. Perhaps it's me.

If you are running iOS 4, you will need to update the iPad via iTunes on your computer (can't do OTA updates unless you have iOS 5 or higher).
If you have a first generation iPad, unfortunately you won't be able to update to iOS 6 (iOS 5 is the highest you can update to on the original iPad).
If you are on an iPad 2, 3, or 4th generation with iOS 5 and it still isn't working, try holding down on both the Sleep AND Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds (ignore the red slider button). Keep holding it until the Apple Logo appears. When you see the Apple logo on the black screen, let go of the buttons. This “reset” fixes a lot of iPad issues and might work to resolve the update issue. Try updating again.

I have an iPhone 3GS and have updated to IOS 6.1. Before with emails there was a user bar at the bottom which allowed you to move emails to folders, print etc, but it now seems to be removed. Can you help ?
Close out of the mail app, double click the home button and completely close out of the mail app.
Then do a reset, hold down the home/sleep button together until you see the apple logo and then release then wait for the phone to boot back up.
then check your mail again. -

As Terence Devlin said, the upgrade to Mavericks is free at the AppStore. Open the first tab at the AppStore (Featured) and you can buy it for free, if your Mac can be upgraded to Mavericks.
But before you do that, check the applications you need to use for compatibility with Mavericks, for example at Roaring Apps: http://roaringapps.com/apps?index=a
PowerPC applications can no longer run on Mavericks, some device drivers may not be available as Mavericks compatible versions.
To prepare for the update take these precautions:
Make a full backup of your mac, including the applications libraries. In addition to the TimeMachine backup a bootable clone is very useful, since it enables you to revert easily to the old system.
Update all applications to there latest version, thatare available on Snowleopard.
If you find, that the Mavericks upgrade would make too many applications redundant, consider Terence Devlin's second option to buy the boxed iLife version. -

No app on the iOS device is required.
- If you previously turned on FIndMyiPod/iPhone/iPad on the iOS device in Settings>iCloud and wifi is on and connected or cellular data is on and connected for, on a computer browser go to iCloud: Find My iPhone, sign in and go to FIndMyiPhone. If the iPod has been restored it will never show up or continue to show off-line.
- You can also wipe/erase the iOS device and have the device play a sound via iCloud.

- If not shown, then you will have to use the old fashioned way, like if you lost a wallet or purse.

It sounds like you have a new album downloaded and the tracks all have a very low volume. I recommend checking to see if Sound Check is enabled in the Music settings.

I put a password for downloading programs... And i dont remembered it, it said I had to put the official disc of MAC OS and if that disc I could change the password. I follow the steps but it doesnt work. Can anyone help me?

Third-party security software or router security settings can also cause this issue. To resolve this, follow Troubleshooting security software issues.
Downgrading to a previous version of iOS is not supported. If you have installed software to perform unauthorized modifications to your iOS device, that software may have redirected connections to the update server (gs.apple.com) within the Hosts file. First you must uninstall the unauthorized modification software from the computer, then edit out the "gs.apple.com" redirect from the hosts file, and then restart the computer for the host file changes to take affect. For steps to edit the Hosts file and allow iTunes to communicate with the update server, see iTunes: Troubleshooting iTunes Store on your computer, iPhone, iPad, or iPod—follow steps under the headingBlocked by configuration (Mac OS X / Windows) > Rebuild network information > The hosts file may also be blocking the iTunes Store. I am using an older version of Mozilla (i cannot see which version), but somehow this version is so old that I cannot use Hotmail or Internetbanking properly anymore. Then I click 'Oke'....to tell the system I want to start the program. Then I get another pop-up: 'securitywarning......'
Then I click on ' continue' and I have to choose a program to open this program. I can choose from iexplore.exe or firefox.exe.
If I choose for firefox.exe.....nothing happens.
Quit strange. I am quit well with computers, but this is really strange to me.

Erwin WooningI finally figured out what was wrong. Since I had installed Google Chrome recently it already had the Adobe Flash Player imbedded in it.
When I uninstalled the flash player in Control Panel option the problem went away.
