I purchased PSE12 for windows, now I want to install it on a Mac. Is this possible?
I have PSE 12 installed on my PC. I read that I can have it on two computers. I have a new Mac - can I install it on my Mac? If so, how? Thank you!
I just did a chat as well. If I get another Mac, I can download PSE12 on it and it should accept the license. He never said it's because I didn't have the boxed version, but said it's because the version I downloaded online is only for a Mac. I use an old version of PSP at work and will continue to use that there. I could have learned more about PSE at work than at home since I get a lot of spare time to play at work! lol Too bad you can't give me your license for the PC and I give you mine for the Mac.

As the title says I want to change the platform for a serial number so I can install it on my Mac. I know from searching on Adobe's help pages that you can request a platform or language swap, but the link they instruct you to use has been under maintenance since october last year? Is there another way around this? Thanks for all your help.
CS5 does not qualify for a platform swap. Adobe allows platform changes for the latest version only, which is CS6. The information regarding that is available thru the foillowing page...

If you just purchased the software then you should be able to return it to whatever third party vendor sold it to you for an exchange for the Mac version. -

I've owned Photoshop Elements 7 for several years and now I have a new computer and want to install it on the new computer but my history is showing that I've bought nothing at any point in time. Is there a way that history can be restored so that I can find the installer and enter my serial number?

and activate with your serial number.
if you have a problem starting the download, you didn't follow all 7 steps, or your browser does not accept cookies.
the most common problem is caused by failing to meticulously follow steps 1,2 and/or 3 (which adds a cookie to your system enabling you to download the correct version from adobe.com).
failure to obtain that cookie results in an error page being displayed after clicking a link on prodesigntools.com or initiates the download of an incorrect (eg, current) version. -
I have recently purchased Photoshop Elements - but accidentally chose the PC version rather than Mac (I had changed to Mac the week before). I spent over 3 hours using the online support to get the activation code changed from a PC to a Mac version but the conversation kept disconnecting, meaning that I had to go over everything 3 times. I just want to speak to someone!!!! Can anyone guide me on how I can rectify this?

I have installed the Windows 8 on my MacBook using BootCamp already, but I cannot install drivers for Windows now: I've got only BootCamp 3 disk and it doesn't goo even if I start it using compatibility options. And my BootCamp on Mac didn't offer me to burn cd with drivers for windows as I saw in many instructions. How can I resolve the problem? Thanks a lot.

Yes, I bought iPhone 5s from Apple.com/uk and paid full price(no contracts, not pay as you go). From your reply I take it that it wont be locked on O2 even though my first sim used on the device was on O2. This is helpful to know, I will change it with a new sim from 3 and see (definitely will switch off while doing so). Thanks for your suggestion. After changing the sim probably in a few days time, I will confirm to you again.
