I put songs on my Pod and they don't show up. But they ARE ON?!?!?!?!
Basically, I put a bunch of cds that I had bought onto iTunes. No problem. Then I put those songs from iTunes onto my iPod. No problem. Then I take my Ipod out and go outside. I look for the songs. They aren't there. I go back, I plug my iPod in. They are there, not just in my library but listed as being on my iPod! Using itunes I can even play them on my iPod! But when I just use the Pod... nothing. Basically, the songs are on my iPod, but not listed on the screen. Worst is that I had other songs by Bjork on, many of her songs actually, but now her name is no longer showing up. It's not just the songs that have been erased, but the entire catalogue by the artist! And the most confusing thing is that they aren't erased, they are actually still there, just not listed. Can anyone help me? Also, is there a phone numeber I can call? Why doesn't Apple have a service for people to call? This is very frustrating.
Restore the iPod and resync it.

Have you tried deleting the songs from Settings?
Settings -> General -> Usage -> Manage Storage (not the iCloud link!) -> Music and then click Edit to enable you to be able to delete. -
I downloaded photos from my camera to iPhoto 11. They were accepted as a new event. I deleted off the camera disk. Now, after going back into the events folder, the photos are not there. Does anyone have some useful advice? I've lost about 200+ photos...
You can recover the shots from the Card with an app like MediaRecover
As for the Library:
Option 1
Back Up and try rebuild the library: hold down the command and option (or alt) keys while launching iPhoto. Use the resulting dialogue to rebuild. Choose to Rebuild iPhoto Library Database from automatic backup.
If that fails:
Option 2
Download iPhoto Library Manager and use its rebuild function. This will create a new library based on data in the albumdata.xml file. Not everything will be brought over - no slideshows, books or calendars, for instance - but it should get all your albums and keywords back.
Because this process creates an entirely new library and leaves your old one untouched, it is non-destructive, and if you're not happy with the results you can simply return to your old one. .

Open my photos in CS6 and they don't show up (but show in layers palette)
When I open a photo in Photoshop CS6 I can see the photo in the layers palette but it doesn't show up on my screen to work on. The only way I can get it to show up is if I act like I'm going to close Photoshop. Then when it asks if I want to close I say "No". Then my photo shows up so I can work on it. Please help!

You can disable that in Photoshop's preferences, under the Performance tab.
But you need to update your video card driver, preferably from the GPU maker's website (not Microsoft, and not the system builder). -
When using the Faces, they don't show. But if I click on the blank picture, they appear?
When I select Faces, the list of faces I had entered shows, but no pphotos show. When I select one of the Faces folders, the outline of the total number of pictures does show, but no photos.
Only when I click on the individual photo does it show.

Can anyone help me find my old library now that I appear to have deleted it or overwritten it accidentally? I'm always asked if I want to update when I put in my i-pod and have to do that before I can open my library so I think it was this action that caused me to delete previous library. Can anyone help? Apple support have been hopeless as they don't seem to respond to this particular problem but keep giving me answers to finding my purchases which i already know how to do!

I copied my library to my new computer and I have some songs with greek characters and when I click them to play they change into something which is not readable. I have delete them and copy them again and also delete and re-download itunes.

My iTouch will not show movies, but they are showing on my iTunes. When I try and play them through my iTunes it freezes on me and does not work. This problem only occurs whenever I am using my netbook. It doesn't happen when I use a different computer. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling itunes and am not sure what else to do from here.
You may have transferred all your songs, but your iPad is seeing the library as a different entity.

This could be a result of Automatic Downloads not being enabled, the apps were too large to download via the cellular data network or a cellular data connection was not available at the time of download. The best option would be to download the missing apps via the steps in the second article below.

How do set up your hotmail account on a mac book pro properly? I have it set up so I get mail but on my hotmail account I have lot of separate folders to save messages in(for example :- bank, skyp, work, Facebook, apple, ect...). They don't show up on my mac. I also have an iPhone and iPad, there is no issue here when I set those up. I automatically got my separate folders. Anybody have any idea or encountered the same problem?

Hotmail on a Mac is POP3 only, you will only get the basic folders (inbox, sent, trash etc) and it will not sync with other devices.

You can sync the music videos, but they won't play on your 6G Nano, because it does not support video playback. Sorry.
