I received and email from Apple Customer Support that my Id has been stolen and that I am to sign into the link provided and update by changing password. I am not certain that the email came from Apple.

It did not come from Apple. Do not click on the link and do not supply your password. It is a scam. You can report the phishing email to Apple here:

Once you have done so, delete it.

After the most recent FF update, FF 3.6.6 will not load, citing the error message: "XULRunner / Error: Platform version '1.9.2.3' is not compatible with minVersion>=1.9.2.6 / maxVersion". Tried updating XULRunner with no luck. Downloaded fresh copy and installed. Still no luck.

Uninstall your current Firefox version and remove the Firefox program folder before installing that copy of the Firefox installer.
It is important to delete the Firefox program folder to remove all the files and make sure that there are no problems with files that were leftover after uninstalling.
You can skip the step to create a new profile, that is not necessary for this issue.

Can apple replace a Iphone if it has been stolen?
I am on contract with Orange who have refused to replace my Iphone 4S; stolen yesterday.
I had it for a week and a half, I know this isnt apples problem but i really really want my iphone replaced; i am even happy if they replace it with a 4 not a 4S?
Can they or would they do this for me?

I got an email saying my Apple account was going to be suspended unless I validated through an email. Is this legit? I did go on line and update my info, but I'm not convinced that was actually from Apple.

My classic has been stolen. Is there a way to retreive the serial number from Apple? Hasnt been updated for a while tho thats all and I couldnt find it myself?

A website I frequently visit will no longer come up. Safaris says that my connection has been lost but it hasn't. I even get emails from the website but I still can't get on it. Why would it all of a sudden do this?
The reason, I included the annotation that I'd upgraded my Itunes, (On my Computer) is B/C in many forums - the very first question, *HELPERS* ask, is. "Do you have the latest version of Itunes downloaded on your computer." I wanted to knock out any obvious replies.
Now- "DO YOU have any idea,"... how your UNHELPFUL remarks, do absolutely nothing but hurt others that might not have the EXPERIENCE you have? How do you expect people to know things without asking questions? Whew! RUDE!!

iTunes is updated and works fine and I am able to log onto my account. When I go to purchase a song, I get the error message "Your Apple ID has been disabled". I've tried different methods: changing passwords, making a new account with another email address, and emailing itunes tech support. I am curious as to how many others have been experiencing the same issue. When I googled the error, it seemed like it was happening extremely often with many people.

I had some fraudulent charges on my itunes account, so I call my bank and disputed the charges. Right after I did that, I started getting the message "Your apple ID has been disabled." I just realized today that the charges are not fraudulent, they are "in app purchases." One of my daughters downloaded the game Top Girl which is FREE, but in the game Top Girl you use money in the game to purchase things. It just so happens that the money you use to purchase things is real money MY Money!!!. My daughter thought she was using play money in the game and had no idea she was using real money. She spent $106.00 buying stuff. Now I have to call the bank and tell them to release the hold and pay Itunes. I'm hoping this solves the problem. I want to buy the Craigslist pro app and when I sign into iTItem as described and fast shipping! Aunes with my Apple ID and password ( both of which I know) it then asks security questions that I never chose ( or are even options to chose) in my profile.
If you don't know their answers then if you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account then the steps half-way down this page should let you reset them : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5312
If you don't have a rescue email address (you won't be able to add one until you can answer 2 of your questions) then you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple to get the questions reset.
