If you don't have access to the old computer any longer, '''no'''. Unless you were using something like the Google Toolbar & Google Bookmarks or Xmarks, which would have your bookmarks in an online account that you could access. Firefox doesn't include an online storage feature for personal data, yet. That is coming in a future version.
If you have a friend at your old job maybe they have access to that old PC and they could export your bookmarks to a file and email that file to you.

Did you recently deauthorize a bunch of computers? You can only deauthorize all once year.

I need help! I no longer have access to the email that I opened my icloud account with many years ago and I can't remember my password anyway! However it continues to backup all my stuff. But I have no access to go in and delete items or manage my account. The pop-ups now tell me that my account is full and it will no longer be able to backup items. I don't know what you mean by "closed" - icloud accounts stay in existence even if you disconnect all devices from the account. You can't delete them.
If you don't recall the ID or the password, and if the link above doesn't provide another way to get to the account, then you are out of luck. -
I have deleted all my bookmarks from firefox sync by error on reintalling operating system. Is there any way to recover it? I have all bookmarks saved on "Firefox Home" on my iPod. Can I extract bookmarks from "Firefox Home" to my computer? Thanks

you can use home sharing.
or, assuming you have all your media files in the default location, copy the entire iTunes folder (not just the iTunes music or media folder) from the old to the exact same location on the new machine.
you can either use your network or an external HD for that. -

I have a iMac desktop and a macbook pro laptop I work mainly on the desktop but when i go away for work I take my laptop. Is there any way to make it automatically back up to mirror my desktop? Like when I update a file it updates on there too, if I install software it installs on there too etc?
When I first got the laptop I syned it to load with all the same software etc but it hasn't continued to sync

Thanks but have tried that - When I try to restore I get a -50 error and into a loop of taking another back up. I took a copy of the back up before the IOS upgrade and have it stored on my desk top but I cannot get Itunes to restore to that back up

Until and unless you remember the password to your old email address, you will not be able to access the eBooks as those eBooks are only authorized with your old email address only.
The only workaround or alternative to access your eBooks will be to contact the eBook vendor and ask them to migrate the eBook from your old email to the new one.
