I'm sorry to hear you are having issues with your movie rental. The following information should help you with this:
How to report an issue with your iTunes Store, App Store, Mac App Store, or iBookstore purchase
Find the email receipt for your purchase.
Click Report a Problem under the app that is having the issue.
When prompted, enter the Apple ID and password you used to purchase the item, then click Report a Problem.
Click Report a Problem next to the item you are having an issue with.
From the Choose Problem dropdown menu, choose the appropriate issue.
Follow the onscreen instructions and—if prompted—type a description of the problem into the text field.
Click Submit to have your issue reviewed.

I'd report the problem to the iTunes Store.

If a specific song that was purchased on your iPhone won't transfer to iTunes on your computer, you may want to try redownloading it directly to your computer from the iTunes Store. You may find the following article helpful:

Which magnifier tool are you referring to? If you double-tap with 3 fingers it should disable zoom. Then you can go into Setttings>Accessibility>Zoom and turn it off.

Did you burn the CD as an audio CD?
If not, that's your problem. Otherwise, without more details I can only guess. You might try a different brand of disk, or if you're using CD-RW try CD-R.

I downloaded an Album from Itunes Store onto a Windows PC. Some of the songs play fine while others play about half the song and then skip to the next song. But, when I play the same songs from iCloud on my iPhone 4s, they play the whole song. So, why can't itunes play the song in full?

This happened to me. What you need to do is move the song and any backups to the recycle bin. Then go to Itunes store and click 'Purchased' under Quick Links. Go to the song you want and there will be a cloud next to it. Click it and it will redownload. It should download the full song this time.

If only some of the tracks from the album are throwing authorisation errors at you, that suggests that the tracks are damaged.
If your country's iTunes Store allows you to redownload purchased tracks, I'd delete your current copies of the tracks and try redownloading fresh copies:

I bought a movie on itunes, it would not play. I contacted apple support people, and they told me to delete and re download it, I did that and it still will not play, I don't know if I'm doing something wrong or if my itunes isn't up to date, or maybe it's because I'm not trying to play it on an apple device. Whatever the case me be, I just really want to watch this movie, or get a refund.

You should be able to play films on windows computers, if it wasn't compatible with it (e.g. you should have got an error if you tried to buy an HD film on non-HD compatible computer).
The current version of iTunes is 11.4 - you can see if there are any updates available via the Help > Check For Updates menu option.

What happens when you try to play the film, and do other videos that you have in your iTunes play ok ?
