I rented a movie from Itunes on my Iphone. It's not showing up as rented under my itunes on my Ipad. When I went rent it from my Ipad again, it said it was already rented. But why isn't it showing up??

The point of iCloud, is that you can download previously purchased content again for free and use iCloud as a backup for your app data and device settings.
iTunes movie rentals are not previous purchases. You didn't buy the movie, you rented it.
I am by no means defending Apple so please don't think that I am. I believe that Apple could be a little more forthcoming about a lot of the stuff that you have to drill down and find on your own. Even if you do see the section at the bottom of the iTunes Movies tab that talks about Renting and Buying Movies, the information is a little bit misleading and hardly covers much more than the most basic information. Nowhere in iTunes does it state the information that would be pertinent to your situation.

Only rentals made on a computer can be transferred to other devices. You will need to watch your rental on the Apple TV.

A number of people have reported similar issues recently, many appear to have found a discrepancy of some kind in their account settings and making changes to these settings or simply resetting them has resolved the matter.
Check your account details are correct, check that you are using the correct details for Location, Region and Time Zone. You may want to change these settings and then change them back to see if that helps.
You might also try logging out of and then back into your iTunes account (Settings > iTunes Store > Apple ID’s > Sign Out) and restarting your router. (Some have reported that after doing this, they need to check for rentals even though it may report that there aren’t any, after which rentals once again appear in the ‘movies’ feature)
Rentals should appear under their own heading in the ‘Movies’ feature, you might also check at Settings > iTunes Store > Check For Rentals.

I can't recall whether slideshows are ordered by title or date, but you can manually re-arrange the albums in iPhoto, then batch change them once you have the order you want.

I don't believe your statement is correct. If you rent and download a movie to your computer and then plan to watch it on Apple TV, it doesn't work. When buying a movie, it is available on Apple TV but due to licensing reasons, this isn't the case for rentals.
Apple has cooperated by issuing a credit when I got snaked by this rule.

I'd report the problem to the iTunes Store.
Log in to the Store. Click on "Account" in your Quick Links. When you're in your Account information screen, go down to Purchase History and click "See all".
Find the item that is not playing properly. If you can't see "Report a Problem" next to the item, click the "Report a problem" button. Now click the "Report a Problem" link next to the item.

The free trial that we offer is for Acrobat (we don't offer trials of the online services). So, the first thing you need to do is download Acrobat from http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat.html. When you launch it the first time after installing it, you should be prompted to accept the end-user license agreement.
Then, so convert PDF files to Word, choose File > Save as Other > Microsoft Word > Word Document.

Content rented anywhere else other than on a computer can only be watched on the device it is rented from. If you want to watch a rental on multiple devices, rent it from the computer.

Hi vazandrew, thanks for your help, Ive just checked, both home sharings ie Apple TV and itunes on my laptop, and they were both on , but for the heck of it, I turned them off and back on again. I still have the same problem.
