I reset my calendars and deleted them in Outlook - is there a way to recover the information?

In trying to fix an issue with my Outlook calendars not updating my iphone, I reset my calendars thinking that it wouldn't affect the actual calendars in Outlook but now they are all gone.  Is there a way to recover this information?

The damage has been done then
Take it to Apple and pay for a replacement
Here in the States a replacement cost $229
