Go into your account payment method and verify your information. Once in a while this happens and it just wants you to reconfirm your credit cards CVV number.

In-App Purchase could not be completed?
After making multiple in-app purchases this week I suddenly can't make purchases. I now just receive a message saying, "Your Purchase Could Not Be Completed." After that it goes to a screen that says, "Cannot connect to Itunes Store." I assume it's because I've made more purchases this week than I usually do so maybe it's a security thing but I'm not sure.
Anyone know why this is happening? And better yet, if this happened to you, what fixed the problem? I'd rather not wait for support to get back to me on this...

The Purchases, BIlling & Redemption used to be an option on the screen after clicking on 'Contact iTunes Store Support', but I've just tried it and it looks like they've changed the screens again - as well as Purchases, Billing & Redemption, there were options for Account Management, Password And Security Questions, but it now looks like its just phone contact during limited hours. How do I load Citrix Receiver on my iMac? App Store search came up with zip. Tried from Citrix website, it tried to hook up with App Store snd I got this message: "your request could not be completed". Any ideas?

SophieI don't know why you can't access it, but if you were a MobileMe subscriber with the free extra storage this has now been removed and your account will have reverted to 5GB.

Is the name address on your iTunes account in exactly the same (format and spacing etc) as on your credit card bil. You could try what it suggests on this page : http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1646 - and if that doesn't fix it try contacting your card issuer :
