I tried to reactive my phone, but every time I try to do it, I get a screen that says "the server cannot be reached". How do I get it to activate!?

I tried plugging it in to the computer, but the iPhone can't find the iTunes store, so that's no help at all. To top it all off, my power button is broken so I can't restart the phone. Please help!

I don't know of any 3rd-party tools for creating movie files in LVRT. The AVI functions can't be supported in LVRT because they're based on DirectShow functionalities, which are only available in Windows environments.

I have the same problem. It is only with tv shows and only with programs I have downloaded after the software update.
Apple support sent me the above link too....but it doesn't solve the problem...my computer is authorized and the content is in my library and will play on my Mac air, but it will not sync the tv shows, it keeps saying my computer isn't authorized for it.

You said it was a network drive. So is someone else on the network using that same file or may have have left with excel still accessing it on their system?

I just got an iPhone 4 and I'm trying to use it on the t mobile network. The thing is, I've tried restoring the phone so I could use it. I haven't tried my sim on other phones yet. But I will try to see if it works. The iPhone is supposedly factory unlocked btw. Anyways, when I put in my tmobile sim, it searches for the service, but it always ends up saying NO SERVICE. I checked that my network says that the "phone not allowed". So I don't have 3G on this phone I presume. I heard that you need 3G to have service is that correct? But how do I resolve it? The iPhone does know that my phone carrier is tmobile. It just says no service. And I've tried restoring it three times and turning it off and on and it won't work. If a phone is sold from one friend to another and wants to use it on a different carrier the friend can contact the carrier it was sold by to request it unlocked. I know AT&T, Verizon, and Sprint will give you the steps to unlock it as long as the original contract it was bought under has been completed. eBay/Craigslist is really not the best place to try to get "unlocked phones" from, if it turns out the phone isn't unlocked then I'm really sorry you got stuck with that one and as stevejobsfan said above I would report them immediately and see if you can recover your money. I just recieved a new Iphone 4 ysterday, and am trying to install some apps but every time I try it says it failed to sync is it a messed up phone or a itunes problem?

Either the new Itunes is a horrible update or apple sent me a messed up phone, either way I have 2 problems with my new phone and the new Itunes. First I cannot install apps, after almost 30 times trying with restarts unplugs and major frustration building. Second when I first enter Itunes the bar at the pottom shows that I have ample storage room left on mu Iphone but when I click on the apps tab it says I have 2.3mb free what is going on?

As this is not my first Iphone nor my first Itunes device that really doesnt help me. I'm well aware of how to sync, and do pretty much anything Itunes allows, and with the knowledge I have aquired form the years of using Itunes am not very happy with the new Itunes. My problem still persists unable to sync, and storage still showing less room than actual. Thanks for the try though. I'm going to attempt to uninstall again and hopefully it works.

Every time I shut down my computer, it loses all passwords that I told it to remember. How do I get it to remember those passwords?

I have been through the troubleshooting and everything is set correctly. It remembers all passwords as long as I leave the computer running. After I turn it off, no passwords are remembered.

Do you mean names and passwords in the Password Manager or do you mean that you are no longer logged on to (remembered by) websites after closing and restarting Firefox?
* Websites remembering you and automatically log you in is stored in a cookie.
* You must allow that cookie (Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: Exceptions), especially for secure websites and if you let cookies expire when Firefox closes
* Make sure that you do not use [[Clear Recent History]] to clear the "Cookies" and the "Site Preferences"
