I try to down load itune again it keep tell me it is not compatable with the system and it does not delete the old virsion of itune , is there any idea how to solve that please?

I have tried looking on the internet for advice on deleting videos from my iphone 4s camera (not downloaded videos) that I have taken myself, and have not found a way to do this. I have synced with iTunes but this has then downloaded a load more photos and videos onto my iPhone (which I did not want). Help I need to get rid of all these on my iPhone.

Videos and photos taken with the iPhone are stored in the Camera Roll in the photos app. In the Photoe app find the Camera Roll and use the screen that has all the small thumbnails of photos and videos. Tap on Select at the top of the screen, select the videos to be deleted, tap on Trash.
To delete photos and videos copied to the iPhone by syncing with your computer you need to do another sync. But before clicking on Sync or Apply go to the Photos tab in iTunes on your computer and deselect the unwanted albums. When you finally click on sync or Apply the deselected albums will be deleted from your iPhone but they will remain on your computer.

If you deleted them from both PhotoStream and the camera roll, and you don't otherwise have them backed up, they're gone.

3GS restoring problems: it asks to be restored, but when it is successfully it asks again, not allowing me to re-sync it up. Any ideas how to solve? or should I make a store appt?

Basically it is the question in the title.
All programms are up to date (thankfully updated and backed up yesterday).
My phone shows the picture of cable pointing to the itunes symbol. I connected it to my itunes and told to restore it, which I did and was successful, however this icon now doesn't disappear and keeps asking it to be restored. Does anyone have any ideas? Or should I make an Apple store appointment? I am fearing the worst of having to buy a new handset (will be the 3rd this year) and don't really want to part with the funds!

My download freezes on all my Macs at 996MB. Any ideas how to solve this please?

I am running a bunch of Macs. On all of the ones on which I am running Mountain Lion, the download freezes at 995 or 996 MB. This has happened since the launch of Mevricks and always at the same point, irrespective of the Mac I am trying to download to.
Has anyone any potential solutions?

just install HotSpot Shield App (it'is free) and it won't stop anymore at 996MB

When I use find file http://www.macupdate.com/app/mac/30073/find-file (which does tend to find files that "Finder" can't), it's not coming up with any other itunes library files that have been modified in the past week, which I know it would have been - unfortunately, I don't have a very recent backup of the hard drive. It would be a few months old so it wouldn't have the complete library on it....any ideas? Do you have a copy of it anywhere e.g. on your computer's iTunes, or on a backup of your library ? If you have it on a backup then you should be prompted to authorise the account (and I think that the id will show) if you try to add it to your computer's iTunes via File > Add To Library.
