I upgraded iMac to Mountain Lion, and not get:Warning: SUID file "System/Library/CoreServices/RemoteManagement/ARDAgent.app/Contents/MacOS/ARDAg ent" has been modified and will not be repaired.

I upgraded to Mountain lion yesterday.  Today I installed a couple of unrelated apps (DaisyDisk, CCleaner) and now when I try to verify/repair permissions I get this:
Warning: SUID file “System/Library/CoreServices/RemoteManagement/ARDAgent.app/Contents/MacOS/ARDAg ent” has been modified and will not be repaired.
Any idea what's going on?  I know that this message sometimes is meaningless, but it bugs me.  LOL  Any help?

It is meaningless. Do ignore it. Take a look at this. https://support.apple.com/kb/TS1448?locale=da_DK
