I upgraded my iPhone 5 to iOS7 and I am unable to open iTunes on my phone - the screen just never loads.
I installed iOS7 on my iPhone5 and now I am unable to open iTunes - the screen just stays blank.
I have checked date and time and wifi settings.
Not sure what else to do.
I do have iMatch active on my device and its working fine on my other iPohne with iOS7 installed.
Any help please!
Have you tried logging out of your account on your phone by tapping on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Store and then logging back in ? If it's still the same after that then try a soft-reset : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the equivalent of a reboot.

You cannot downgrade.
Try a reset (nothing will be lost): Hold down the Home and Power buttons at the same time and continue to hold them down until the Apple appears (up to 30 seconds). Once the Home screen redisplays, see if it has cleared things up.
If not, then go to Settings and check all of your settings. If you have lots of Location Services turned on that you don't need, turn them off. Turn off Bluetooth when you are not using it. Turn off Background App refresh, turn off cellular roaming, etc.

my photos won't "load" - it has worked fine for at least two years, but suddenly now when I plug in the chip, iPhoto opens up as usual, but the window just says "loading photos", and the little wheel keeps on spinning - can anyone help me?? What version of iPhoto? Assuming 09 or later:
Option 1
Back Up and try rebuild the library: hold down the command and option (or alt) keys while launching iPhoto. Use the resulting dialogue to rebuild. Choose to Rebuild iPhoto Library Database from automatic backup.
If that fails:
Option 2
Download iPhoto Library Manager and use its rebuild function. This will create a new library based on data in the albumdata.xml file. Not everything will be brought over - no slideshows, books or calendars, for instance - but it should get all your albums and keywords back.
Because this process creates an entirely new library and leaves your old one untouched, it is non-destructive, and if you're not happy with the results you can simply return to your old one. .

The problem that I'm having is difficult to explain so a picture would be great but I don't know if I can upload an image.
The thing is that Facebook and twitter app (Also games made by playfirst) when I open them they appear like for fitting an iPod touch, in only 1/4 of the screen and the other part of the screen just stays black. Sometimes Twitter and Facebook are normally functioning but I close them and open them again and they appear in 1/4 of the screen again. Have you tried a reboot by holding both the power and home buttons until the apple logo appears? If that does not work, restore using the recovery mode following the instructions in http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1808 -
i updated my iphone 5 successfully but itryed to update my moms iphone as well which is the iphone 4s jailbroken and as it was charging and she was updating it through her phone the 'connect to itunes' logo came on and so i connected it to itunes. When i connect it, it said that i had to restore before i connected it to itunes. I tryed restoring it a thousand times and it always ends up saying that it cant be restored, i connect it to itunes and it doesnt even show me the iphone summary. Please if anyone of you has the same problem and u fixed it and found a way to fix it please tell me how !!!!
Once the Device is asking to be Restored with iTunes... it is too late to save anything... and you must continue with the Recovery...

Back up all data. Don't continue unless you're sure you can restore from a backup, even if you're unable to log in.
This procedure will unlock all your user files (not system files) and reset their ownership and access-control lists to the default. If you've set special values for those attributes on any of your files, they will be reverted. In that case, either stop here, or be prepared to recreate the settings if necessary. Do so only after verifying that those settings didn't cause the problem. If none of this is meaningful to you, you don't need to worry about it.
Step 1
If you have more than one user account, and the one in question is not an administrator account, then temporarily promote it to administrator status in the Users & Groups preference pane. To do that, unlock the preference pane using the credentials of an administrator, check the box marked Allow user to administer this computer, then reboot. You can demote the problem account back to standard status when this step has been completed.

I was at a friends house and I used her Ipod dock to charge my ipod before we left to go to her grandmas, before we left I checked it to see if it was charging and it was. So we left for a few hours and we came home and it was charged. Later on that night, before we went to bed I put my ipod on the SAME charger I used earlier that day. I woke up in the morning and tried turning it on and the screen stayed black so I paniced and put it on the charger some more and notcied the screen stayed black. We looked up what to do on the internet and it seems a lot of people were having this problem as well. Some of the people said to hold the home and power button at the same time and the apple sigh will appear and your ipod will be good again.. we tried that and nothing same black screen. I have no idea what to do with it and if it can be fixable.

I have been having problems downloading apps for a while now. I only just downloaded IOS 7 but I thought it would help me, it hasn't.
I go onto the app store to download and app, i enter the correct passwrd and the apps icon appears to be downloaded. The waiting sign appears on the icon and then the icon itself disappears, then on the app store it looks as though i have never tried to download it! Try this step first if an app download on your iPad is not completing:
Try tapping the App, so that it changes to Paused instead of Waiting, then tap it again to resume the install.
Make sure you don't have any paused downloads in other apps either, like the App Store or iTunes Store.
App updates won't download on my iPhone, they just say waiting.

When you reinstalled, did you first uninstall, and remove all 5 iTunes related components and any remnant files in either Program Files directory?

When I upgraded my iPhone 4s to IOS7, I lost all my app icons. Where did they go? Interestingly they are still listed in notifications and I could play words with friends when I got a message on the home screen that it was my turn (but still no icon)
