Well the error codes occur at the white warning screen when it crashes....It says press a key or wait for reboot. I would have tot be at my mac at the random time it does it. I will keep a lookout but it will be hard to get, becuase i would have to take an actual picture of it!

It appears that a) Hotmail has 19 domains functioning as distributors for malware and b) someone is distributing pirated software. Although it does not appear to be related to the recent trojan, my suggestion: stay away from both.

Thanks for the help. I installed CC and it fixed everything but Photoshop. I guess I will have to use my old laptop for images until Adobe fixes the problem. Do you know of a place where we can send issues like these to Adobe?

The attachment is an .xls excel 97-2003 spreadsheet. I viewed the file in the email and did not edit it with any software. I can forward the file to anyone that is may want to check it out to see if they can help me. I am having a similar problem. I have over 4000 songs giving me this error. I certainily don't want to go in one by one and find them. I know you wrote a script for Windows but I am a Mac user. Is there a fix for me? Here is the info on where the song is currently (used by doing the get info)

This is frequent, not just occasionally. All cancel does is stop the email from coming through until I provide the password.
I thought about it being on the provider's end but it never happened when I was using Entourage, I just don't particularly like that program.
I don't understand why this problem has gone on so long without Apple doing something to fix it but I will continue to look for alternatives to the Apple Mail program. If I find a good one I will let all know through avenue.

Click here and follow the instructions. You may need to completely remove and reinstall iTunes and all related components, or run the process multiple times; this won't normally affect its library, but that should be backed up anyway.
