I've just updated my iTunes and now it won't open

, It says; "This copy of iTunes is corrupt or not installed properly, please re-install iTunes". Will i loose all my music and apps if i do?

Try opening iTunes in "Safe Mode" (without external plug-ins) and see it the problem persists. To do this press Command+Option (while opening iTunes).
If you decide to remove a plug-in, they are in your Library folder -> iTunes folder -> iTunes Plug-Ins.
