I've lost the arrows on my Safari toolbar that allow me to browse back and forth on web pages. Any solutions guys?

Thanks everyone! Felt a complete twit. Went to view, customize toolbars and then dragged the arrows back into the toolbar. No idea how we lost 'em though.

My iphone 4 and my girlfriends seem to be sharing messages. The display shows one person typing but it is actually going back and forth between devices. Any ideas?

We share and icloud and itunes account. But we have seperate carriers and phone numbers obviously. She sends me a mesage and it comes through on my ipad. I send her a message and it shows up on her phone as coming from her own number (no name is displayed, just the phone number). And the entire stream shows on her phone on the right hand side in blue as if she was doing all the typing.
Then a conversation I was having with another contact showed up on her phone displayed as if she was discussing. It was not a joint message but this contact is also one of her contacts. And the name displayed at the top was the other contact. She could join in the conversation too but her messages showed as mine. The other contact saw all messages but they showed as coming from my email address not imessage. I recently did the firm ware upgrade but she did not. Her phone says there is an error when trying to locate it.
Any messages sent to other contacts by her are only showing to the other contacts and not to me. And they are displayed properly.
It only started today and this has never happened before. We have both power cycled a couple times and wiped out all messages to start fresh as well. Nothing has worked so far.
Any ideas??

Note that if you are sharing the same AppleID when you activated iMessage the very first time, then you are literally sharing the same iMessage account. The primary account ID for iMessage is the AppleID used to verify the service the first time - then it associates phone numbers and email addresses as aliases to that account.
One of you needs to create a new AppleID and use it JUST for iMessage, so you each have a separate and unique iMessage account to use. So you can continue to share an AppleID for iTunes and iCloud and all your purchased content, just use different AppleIDs for iMessage.
If you need another email for AppleIDs (an AppleID is literally just an email address) just grab a gmail account to use. In iMessage, tap on the AppleID and log off, then log back in with the new AppleID and it will activate a new iMessage account using that AppleID.

Arrows not showing up in slideshow, not able to control back and forth in slideshow

So I have a slideshow that is on one of my pages and the arrows on the two sides will not appear. Before the pictures all load I can see the arrows behind the pictures but once they the arrows end up behind the pictures. The pictures rotate normaly through the slideshow but I want people to be able to control if they want to go back and forth. Here is my code for the slideshow.

I lost the tool bar in my email, how do I get it back, and how do you get the link to open when you click on the little chain link symble

I work on a Dell with Windows XP and Firefox 5, and when I send out an email and try to type a link in the body of the email the link does not open up for the addressee, and I highlight the link and then bold it, and the go to the little chain link symbol and clink on it and no matter how I fill out the boxes it will still not open when they get the email. How to keep the resized, bigger, font size while browsing back and forth in one window?

I´m a newbie with Firefox. I like to use a bigger font size as my eyesight is not as good as before. There is one problem with Firefox: the font size goes back to smaller every time I return to the previous page. Also when the font is bigger I have to draw the page to the left and to the right to be able to read the text. I did not have this kind of a small nuisance with Opera. Help needed.

I know this will sound ridiculous but I have "lost" the arrow key (to go back or forward) at the top on the bar. I swear I used to be able to just click and arrow to see the previous page and now it's not there. Help!?

If this is Safari that you've lost the arrows in, go to Safari > view > show toolbar.
If the toolbar is present and the arrows missing then right click on the toolbar and select "customize toolbar".
Drag the arrows or the default set back to the bar.

I have had to drop out of Safari and go to Chrome to have arrows back and forth on a web page....
They must be there, but where?

In the top Left hand corner next to the iCloud button, which is next to the search bar.

Try these in order testing your system after each to see if it's back to normal:
1. a. Resetting your Mac's PRAM and NVRAM
    b. Intel-based Macs: Resetting the System Management Controller (SMC)
2. Restart the computer in Safe Mode, then restart again, normally. If this doesn't help, then:
     Boot to the Recovery HD: Restart the computer and after the chime press and hold down the

Note: You will need an active Internet connection. I suggest using Ethernet if possible because it is three times faster than wireless.

Leliforever, cheek you list of installed add-ons, the Ask toolbar can be installed without the users knowledge.

Is there a way to have Safari not reload the page when moving back and forth?

I really like being able to swipe back and forth in Safari, however when I do this, it reloads the page. Why? Can't it just used the cached content? I understand that my view my be 'outdated', but I could always manually refresh if I wanted to.
The reason I want this is because when you swipe back, it takes a few seconds before you can actually scroll the page while you wait for it to load, which is annoying

Might be a cache issue ...
Open the Finder. From the Finder menu bar click Go > Go to Folder
Type or copy paste the following:
~/Library/Caches/com.apple.Safari/Cache.db
Click Go then move the Cache.db file to the Trash.
Quit and relaunch Safari to test.
