I've received a message on my iPad that says "The provisioning profile Enterprise Open ID will expire in 3 days" and I have no idea what that means.

I've received a message on my iPad that says "The provisioning profile Enterprise Open ID will expire in 3 days" and I have no idea what that means.  The screen opens up to the General, Profile screen then has a place that would allow me to "Remove" this but I have no idea what this means.  Can anyone help?

I have the same message, and NO, an IT Department has not installed software on this device.  This is my personal iPad.
