Someone could have stolen it in Kuwait...happens all the time .
Seriously...FaceTime is banned there...there is no way to add it back to your phone...if you wanted FaceTime, you should not have purchased your phone there.
BTW: You don't have any warranty or support for this phone in India.

Is notification center showing up when you swipe down ?
Check in your settings if control center is checked :
Settings > control center > check both "lock screen" and "access within apps"
gently swipe up beginning outside the screen, just a few inches up (you don't need to swipe up to the top of the screen.
if detected the airplay option will appear in the control center.

A gentle reminder. Unless you will be permanently resident in Canada and have a Canadian based banking/credit card arrangement you may not be able to buy from the Mac App store or iTunes.

Same problem here, but in my Ipad 1, after IOS 5.0.1 the 3G data connection don't running anymore, and de EDGE is very slow.
Some times i have 3g connection, but when i try to use safari or another aplication the signal disappear and lost the operator signal and apn configuration.
I tried many process to fix it ( Hardreset, remove simcard, change the operator, make apn configuration ), if any one have any idia, what can i do to fix this problem.

Installing the Mac OS X 10.6.8 Update Combo reinstalls the App Store for you. It's ok to do this even though you are already running v10.6.8
Restart your Mac after the combo is installed. Then try the App Store.
If that didn't help, if you have anti virus software installed, you need to disable that. And third party apps such as Little Snitch can prevent access to the App Store as well.

Yep! Worked. We're rescanning this device now- but we lied, "No open ports"

I get the following message "Yep! Worked. We're rescanning this device now…" on 4 of my computers on the network. The WMI logon works for all computers on my domain. A WMI test from the Spiceworks server querying the client configured with the Windows Firewall disabled and SEP installed returns the computer identifier (same config for all successfully scanned machines). I test this with every computer I add to the network.
In order to troubleshoot, I have removed AV and disabled the Windows firewall from the client and still get the same error message. I upgraded to the latest version of Spiceworks, still the same. Rebooted the Spiceworks server... Just 4 devices won't scan.
Any hints?

I wonder what this topic is really about.

I want to change my apple id on my ipad mini but...

The problem is, twofold... I have a new Apple id I use on my mac and my phone... and I don't think the old id is working anymore on the ipad. I just reset the settings, but, will everything will be just one mesh? I don't want apps to be downloaded to my iPad when I dl apps to my phone... Please help..

If it's greyed out in Settings > iTunes & App Store so that you can't tap on it and log out of it, then does it currently have Settings > General > Restrictions > Accounts set to 'Don't Allow Changes' ? If it does the change it to 'Allow Changes'.
Any apps (and other content) that were downloaded by your account on her iPad will remain tied to your account, so only your account can download updates to those apps

I have a brilliant suggestion and didn't know where to post it but here it is.
I work at a pharmacy. The program we are currently using is called PDX Pharmacy. I'll be honest with you, it *****. It takes a million steps to complete one simple task. My main issue is clearly this program's user interface. We use this program on a daily basis and it is used on our windows based PCs. This program is what prints out the information for our prescription labels. I hate it so much. I guess what I'm trying to say here is that Apple is known for their outstanding graphical user interface and I know that you geniuses over there in Cupertino can come up with some great stuff. Please hear me out on this: make me a pharmacy prescription filling program for the family owned pharmacy that I work for!

While it is theoretically possible, it seems unlikely. Was the phone out of your sight? How long did they have it? Why do you believe that this might have happened? If you're concerned, changes the passwords on your various accounts.

Navigate to appleid.apple.com using your web browser.
Click "Manage your account"
When prompted, sign in using your Apple ID and password.
Click Password & Security
You'll be asked to answer 2 of your 3 security questions before you can make any modifications. If you are unable to remember your answers, you can choose to send an email to your rescue email to reset your security questions.
After you've validated your identity by correctly answering your security questions, click Edit to the right of your rescue email address.
Once you've finished editing your rescue email address, click the Save button directly below the email field.
As well as the Edit button mentioned in step 6 there should also be a Delete button.
You might need to then log out of that site and then log back in before you can try to use that address as your primary email address (I think that it should let you do that, but I haven't tried it)
