Someone could have stolen it in Kuwait...happens all the time .
Seriously...FaceTime is banned there...there is no way to add it back to your phone...if you wanted FaceTime, you should not have purchased your phone there.
BTW: You don't have any warranty or support for this phone in India.

Very much Worried about the performence of my project
Hi All,
We have developed a site. Initially the site was with less no of features and so we have choosen JSP to develop the project. Now we have implemented so many features and the system became complex. I have nearly 1000 Pages most of them containing nearly 2000 lines of code. Now it seems the performence of the sever getting dropping. I fear that is due to the no of Pages and their no of lines of code. Currently i dont have many number of users. If i got the system into full swing i may be having nearly 2000 users. So i wonder the system speed will drop severally. (Currently we are using JRun as the Application Server. Both my database sever and Application sever existing on the same server.)
Can anybody confirm me whether the dropping of the performence of the server is due to the no of pages which existing on the server. Is there any way to solve this problem. I mean to make them a package and keep the package only in the server instead of keeping all the 1000 pages.
I would be very thankfull if anybody help me in this regard.
Thanks and Best Regards,The number of pages in the application shouldn't really have an impact on the speed of the application. Sure, they consume disk space. Sure, they'll consume memory since each JSP/Servlet gets loaded into memory when it's requested. 1000 pages aren't really that many, I've seen web applications with several thousand JSPs.
I recommend doing some load tests using an application like LoadRunner. And also using some code/JVM analyzers like JProbe to see if you have any problematic areas in your code with respect to memory consumption and CPU utilization.
If you haven't really thought about performance when you were writing your code, chances are there are lots of places you can optimize. Try caching values that don't change often in the VM so you don't have to query the DB ea. time for them. And for goodness sake, put the DB on a different machine than the app server. Are you using DB connection pooling? You should be... -

open itunes on computer
plug cable into computer not phone
turn phone off
hold home button and plug cable into phone. do not release home button until an itunes graphic appears on device.
look to computer should have message about recovery mode click ok and restore

There are some countries where FaceTime is not option on the iPhone iOS5, and there is no way to put it back, if you bought an iPhone in one of these countries.

Two things I'd try: a) capture from an older tape to see if some problem with the new tape is at fault. And b) check the health of your RAM and the hard drive.
The red frame sounds a bit like a glitch we used to have in OnLocation (actually in its predecessor HDV Rack) which was caused by a partial GOP. But that was a product of HDV Rack recording from the live video stream. It turned out that HDV cameras intentionally interrupt the data stream for an instant upon starting to record--specifically to avoid recording a partial GOP to tape. So my gut says that the tape has partial GOPs at the points where you stopped/started recording. -

On your Mac open System Preferences > iCloud
Deselect the box next to: Notes
Then reselect it.
Give iCloud a few minutes to re sync the data.

Apple wil replace your iPhone with an out of warranty replacement but that replacement is going to be exactly the same as the old one. Apple does not allow you to change it.

What part of that statement in your link do you not get? App developers will or will not make those changes, not Apple. It is entirely possible some apps will never get updated for retina, as their developers will drop those products and move on to new ones. Yes, Apple may set certain minimum standards and requirements for inclusion of anyone's app in their storefront (as I already said), but it is entirely up to the developers to actually implement those changes. Complaining on an Apple forum that a particular developer chose not to is pointless and a waste of everyone's time. -

You will have to configure that with your router. Type your router's IP address in the search/domain bar and allow port forwarding.
What is requiring you to have an open NAT? That issue is usually for gaming consoles, etc. -

Mikey, I have the exact same problem. Dropped my 3gs on Thanksgiving, phone was not responsive, plugged into the wall charger, went to grey iPhone restore screen, then said to connect to itunes. So I plugged it into itunes but itunes wont recognize it nor will my computer. I searched the internet for hours with no success. I tried to change USB ports and cords, tired removing the SIM card, reinstalled itunes, everything. When I put it in DFU mode itunes recognizes an iphone in recovery mode, so I click restore and update, then I get error 1602 every time. My iPhone also loses power when I unplug it from the wall. I do not know what to try next. You are the only person I have found with the same exact problem I have. I will update you if I find a way to get my phone working again and I hope you will do the same. I'm very frustrated

you need to restore the phone on the computer to which it most recently synched. This will remove the passcode but you will lose any data between the last backup and the current time. Either that or sometime in the next 2 million minutes you remember your password.

I recently updated my iPhone 4s to ios6, and lost 1200 odd contacts. I recently sold my macbook air and also my mac book pro, so have no recent backups avaiable. I have a backup from about 4-5 months ago available on an external hdd as a time machine backup. Can I add/update contacts from the back up rather than restore? The reason i wish to do this is because in the update i didnt lose any messages, so all of the people i have met and networked with since that last update those many months ago, i have in my messages listings. They are all unidentified numbers at present but over time i will be able to work through the messages and based on the conversation recall who each was with. Also, yesterday, some two weeks after the update had left my contacts list entirely empty... a vast majority just reappeard, though all of them are without any phone numbers, all just emails or facebook contacts. This is the work of facebook not mac/ios6 isnt it...? Any help here would be greatly apprecaited. I am about 2 days from flying to canada and having those contacts would make life a lot easier.
You should be syncing your contacts with an app on your computer or cloud service (iCloud, Gmail, Yahoo, etc), and not relying on a backup. If you haven't been doing this, start now and then restore your old backup. You will then be able to sync the new contacts back into the phone. However, you will lose all messages, etc newer thant the backup.
