I wanna get all my music off my ipod without downloading a bunch of stuff what can i do?

ok so here is the deal i have a ipod touch which just got cracked screeen because i have younger sibling but another thing is does any one know were and how much to fix them ..... MY MAIN THING IS ..my computer was acting up and i had to crash it and i LOST all my music and stuff and it takes way to long to downlad almost 500 songs and 70 somthing videos back in and back on the ipod so i search so much and people are asking to make them cds but i have no music so i need something to transfer it on my itunes and i watched videos and it follow everything and somthing always stops me either i have to pay to download or as my other issue is that when it says open ipod file and folders pop up MINE DOES NOT my shows up INTERNAL STORE and when i click it only thing that shows is DCIM click that and all it is is pictures so i need HELPPPPPP please i also wanna do this for my relitives wedding as in music cd but I NEED HELP if anyone can inbox me at [email protected] OR [email protected] OR MY FACEBOOK WHICH IS [email protected] SOME ONE HELP ME OUT PLEASE I CANT DEAL WITH THIS AND I REALLY HAVE NO KIND OF TIME TO DOWNLOAD ALL OF IT AGAIN BETWEEN WORK AND STUFF SO PLEASE REPLAY TO THIS AND LET ME KNOW I WOULD BE HAPPY

You may be able to buy a program to do this - not supported by Apple.
the ipod is not a storage device. The sync is one way - computer to ipod. The only exception is itunes purchaes.
The music should be on a computer as that is where they came from in the first place.

The guy at att told me that icloud would sync everything i had in my notes, calendar, and text messages to my new phone, but it only synced some of my notes, none of my messages, or calendar info.

Your music will only be where you put it. It will not magically appear on a new computer.
Copy everything from your old computer or your backup copy of your old computer to your new one.
If for some reason you cannot do this, then you can transfer itunes purchases from an iphone: Without syncing - File>Transfer Purchases

When you open iTunes and plug in iPhone (iPod) to computer, it appear in the left bar. Then just simply right click on you iPhone (iPod) and choose Transfer Purchases, this should copy your purchased items to your computer.

Easy, drag all that music onto your desktop, go to your email and attach them on the email and send it to yourself, then send, go to the other computer, login to your email and go into the email u sent yourself and download the music files.

Let's be clear on one thing here. The manual setting is an iPod setting, not an iTunes one. So, once you've set it to manual (and you appear to have done that correctly), then you can connect it to any number of computers without changing that setting.
"The grey thing occurs on one pc only"
This is the thing that I don't understand, if your iPod is set to manual, then it shouldn't happen on any computer. If you connect the iPod that is set to manual to this pc, and then click on it in the source listing, then you would be looking at the songs on the iPod, and they should not be greyed out. When you connect to the "other pc" under these same circumstances, they are not greyed out?

The Nano is a USB powered device. In order to update or restore it, you will need either an AC adapter or a USB 2 capable computer (USB 1 is not good enough). Basically the device needs a higher power input than usual for this sort of thing, so that it can update its flash memory without risk of damage due to power loss. Thus it requires power input when this is occuring. The AC Adapter is a sure fire way, a USB 2 port is almost as good.

Okay, doing my best to ignore the EXTREMELY annoying font you chose to use.
Is there a reason why you did not create a backup of your media and other important files before switching from Vista?
It is the users responsibility to back up their media, it is NOT Apple's responsibility.
When you purchase CD's or DVD's, if you lose them, you repurchase them. Same deal with digital media.
If you have a backup of your media, simply copy the files from the backup to your computer.
If you still have access to your old computer, simply copy the files from it to your new computer.
