You can log out of an account by tapping on it in Settings > iTunes & App Store and you can then log in with a different account - or log back in with the updated version of your old id and its new password. Similarly if you use iCloud and you want to change the account for that then Settings > iCloud > Delete Account.

If you do log in with your new account then all of your existing downloads will remain tied to your old account, so only that old account can potentially redownload those items and/or download updates to its apps.

Before buying more icloud storage, be sure that, if you are having some problem like trying to back up to icloud, the lack of storage is not on your device. If your device is short of storage, buying more icloud storage will not help.
Go to Settings>General>Usage to see how much "Storage" you have available on the device. Farther down the list is the available storage on iCloud. -

My understanding is that the iPad Mini has a 5W charger. You could use Apple's 10W charger for older iPads or 12W charger for the new iPad. They will charge faster.

DVI
Some users with DVI have managed to get their TV's to work with DVI-HDMI cables. DVI carries no audio, so alternative connections need to be explored to enable audio. DVI doesn't necessarily support HDCP as well as other standards used by HDMI (which may or may not be an issue)
Analogue
There are hardware converters that will convert HDMI to various other types of output, however there are some issues with doing so that you should be aware of.
HDCP
HDCP compliant converters will not allow you to watch HDCP protected content such as that from the iTunes Store. Non compliant converters exist but we cannot discuss them under the Terms of Use for these communities.
Resolution and aspect ratio
I'm not aware of any converters that will scale the output from the Apple TV, any TV or projector which is used will need to be widescreen and support resolutions of 720p (Apple TV 2), 720p/1080p (Apple TV 3)

If you have an iPad 2 you can wirelessly mirror it to your TV via the ATV device. If you have an iPad 1 then you can use airplay but not all apps are enabled to push video, as the developer needs to do this.
You can also view all local content from iTunes or your iPad, pushed via airplay/home-sharing.
The other services available are iTunes movie rentals, TV shows (past purchases viewable from the cloud), Photo Stream, Netflix, Vimeo, Podcasts, Youtube, Sports etc.

No, you can't do what you want. Apple will only ship a US iPhone to a verified billing/shipping address in the US.

I would opt for the 32 GB one. Many users have been disappointed when they purchased the 8 GB since they quickly filled it.
