I want to change my Security Questions - But I have A Problem

but when I made my account I was never prompted to choose any Security Questions, and now I have 2 that I don't know the answers to, and under the questions I don't have "Forgot your answers? Resend security info to *Email Address*"
So can anyone help?

The 'send reset info' only shows if you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account. If it's not showing then that implies that you haven't got one on your account, and you won't be able to add one until you can answer 2 of your security questions - in which case see if the instructions on this user tip helps you get the questions reset : https://discussions.apple.com/docs/DOC-4551

The page that you posted from tells you how to reset them i.e. if you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account then steps 1 to 5 half-way down that page should let you reset them.
If you don't have a rescue email address (you won't be able to add one until you can answer 2 of your questions) then you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple to get the questions reset.

I got some help from an apple assistant on the phone. It is kind of round about way to get in.
Here is what he said to do and it is working for me...
a. on the device that is asking you for the security questions go to "settings", > "store" >
      tap the Apple ID and choose view"Apple ID" and sign in.
b. Tap on payment information and add a credit/debit card of your preference then select
      "done", in the upper right corner
c. sign out and back into iTunes on the device by going to "settings"> "store" > tap the
      Apple ID and choose "sign-out" > Tap "sign -in" > "use existing Apple ID" and you
      should be asked to verify your security code for the credit /debit card and NOT the
      security questions.
d. At this time you can remove the card by going back in to edit the payment info and
      selecting "none" as the card type then saving the changes by selecting "done". You
      should now be able to use your iTunes store credit without answering the security
      questions.
It's working for me ...I just have to put in my 3 digit security pin from the credit card I am using.

How are you trying to change it ? If you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) on your account then the steps on this page will give you a reset link on your account : If you forgot the answers to your Apple ID security questions
- if you only have one question on your account then the instructions on that page should be able to change it

Get a secondary email from a service like Google or Yahoo (something that is not going to disappear like an ISP one might if you change services).
Add it to the Apple ID page.

1. First, go to http://appleid.apple.com. Underneath where it says "Already have an Apple ID?," click Manage your Account. You will then need to sign in. If you forgot your Apple ID or password, click on the appropriate "Forgot..." link below either of these fields.
2. After you sign in, click on "Passwords and Security" on the left.
3. You will be asked to answer the security questions, but you should also notice a link below the second "Answer" field offering to send reset instructions to your rescue email address that you provided.
4. Check the Inbox of your rescue email address. The email should appear within a minute or two. If it does not, be sure to check Spam. If it is not there either, you can repeat the above process to resend. Once you get the email, following the link will take you to a page where you must sign in again.
