I want to duplicate an email
I have an email that I'm sending out to a bunch of real estate agents. It has an advertising brochure in it. I don't really think it will be easy to copy all their addresses from websites and then blind carbon them out in one email. Most of their addresses are on their websites and when I click on their addy it opens my email program.
I can copy the body of the email and paste it in but then I still have to go to the subject line and type that in.
Is there an easier way to do this? Can I save the email text and pdf brochure and subject line like stationary or in some way where it will only require just one step to put it all in the blank email? There are over 540 agents in my area and it would just be so much faster to do it some other way other then copy and past and type the subject line.

Open a new message.
Enter the info you want on the Subject line.
Enter or paste in the body of the message.
Then go to the File menu and select "Save as Stationary...". You'll be asked to name the stationary document - give it an appropriate name, and OK it.
Then whenever you want to use that one, just select it from the Stationary dropmenu (it's a button in the toolbar) in a New Message window. The preformatted, including "Subject", message will be entered. All you need do then is enter the address.

How do I delete stored email addresses in my iphone? When sending photos, I don't want to have certain email addresses "popping up" from the internal memory, I've deleted my entire "Contact" list but they still appear. Help please!
As with the Mail app on a Mac, the iPhone's Mail app stores all email recipients in a list of previous recipients which is separate from the address book or contacts. The email address autofill feature when addressing an message pulls from Contacts and from the list of previous recipients.
Different from the Mail app on a Mac, there is no access to the list of previous recipients with iOS on an iPhone, iPod Touch, or iPad to remove a previous recipient from the list, or to add a previous recipient to the address book or contacts that is not already entered - not at the present time anyway.
The only way to purge the list of previous recipients at the present time is by restoring your iPhone with iTunes as a new iPhone or not from your iPhone's backup, which will start being re-populated again with every sent message. -
Using Outlook 2007 I want to receive emails on my iPhone 4 only when Outlook is NOT open on my computer, as when away from home or want to quickly check email when computer is not turned on. Either ALL emails come to my iPhone or none at all. Is the setting I need to change in Outlook or on the iPhone or is it somewhere else? I used to have this setting but transferring Outlook to a new laptop somehow turned it off.
No. You really can't do that. Not easily at any rate. You would have to set them both up to use POP3, but even then there is no way to guarantee that the phone won't poll the server prior to your computer doing so, pulling down the message from the server.

I am using Apple's Mail application on my MacBook Pro for 3 emails. One personal, one for my work place and one for my university email address. From the university I receive lots of emails which isn't sent only for me, but every student on my course, so I am not the only receiver.
When I am sending an email, from any of my email addresses and I type in whom I want to send it to, it shows a bunch of email addresses that I have never sent an email to. They are all university email addresses and I want to get rid of them, but they are not in my address book and I have no clue how to delete them / where to find them.
For example: I wanted to send an email from my work place email to James Fox. He's email is [email protected] (just an example). When I start to type in James.f, about 100 email addresses pop up, but none of them is the one I need and I will never need those and I CANT GET RID OF THEM.
Please help me, how to get rid of all these unwanHow is the university account added to your system? (You should be able to find it in either System Preferences - Internet Accounts, or Mail - Preferences). Is it an Exchange account, perhaps? I wonder if you're seeing a centralized contact group that can't be controlled from your computer (but you may be able to turn it off completely).

i cant use mail to send an email. it goes to my out box and then eventually comes up with this dialogue :
"An error occurred while sending this message using the SMTP server “(null)”
Select a different outgoing mail server from the list below or click Try Later to leave the message in your Outbox until it can be sent."
I have to click Try Later and then quit mail , then restart Mail and then if I am lucky the email will be sent. the next time I have to send an email the same thing happens . I have a nano that's a couple years old with an itunes acct. Just got a shuffle and want to duplicate the playlist on the shuffle. When I plug in the shuffle to the existing acct nothing happens. How do I copy that music onto my shuffle. thanks.

I just created an iCloud email and I want to use that email for my iTunes account as well. I need help switching the old apple ID because I do not remember anything associated with that email and I don't know the security questions or the login for that old email.
You cannot do that. The AppleID you used to create the iCloud account is an active primary email address. The email address you created with the iCloud account is also an active primary email address (all Apple domain email address automatically become AppleIDs as well). You cannot replace the primary email address on one active AppleID with the primary email address on another, active AppleID.
You can use your iCloud email/AppleID with iTunes, but it will be a separate account, so all your previous purchases remain tied to the other AppleID you have.
I don't understand your statement that you could not remeber your old AppleID password, as you would have had to use it to create the iCloud account in the first place (the first step of creating the iCloud account required you to login with your existing AppleID and password)? -
How can I re-enable the "are you sure you want to delete this email" function?
When I click delete my emails get deleted with one click. I accidentally click delete and they get lost in my trash folder often. How can I enable the "are you sure you want to delete this email" function?

You would have to delete the existing iCloud account and create a wholly new one - you cannot change the @icloud.com email address of the one you already have. To make a new one, you will also need an new AppleID as any AppleID can only have one iCloud account associated with it.
Deleting the account will not delete anything off your device (if prompted for things like contacts, choose to keep them). You will have to sync everything anew with the new account as you cannot move your sync'd content, your old backups or anything else from one iCloud account to another. You will have to set up sync again and let it sync to the new account, and then make new backups to the new account as well. -
I am trying to change my email address for an Apple ID and it is saying that it is already in use. I then sign in with that Apple ID and it says that the account is not set up yet, I don't want to set up the account, but I do want to use the email address in my original Apple ID! HELP!

Once you have created a rescue address, you cannot delete it, nor can you change it to the same address as used by your ID. There are numerous providers you can get additional email addresses from, such as Hotmail, Yahoo, Google etc etc. -
I want to read my emails in horizontal view - reading pane at the bottom of the monitor - on iCloud. I cannot change the view from vertical and columns? Anyone know how I can do this? It was called 'classic view' in Mobileme.

I want to copy email from my mac to my pc. Forwarding one at a time via email works well, but when I try to forward several of them at a time I receive one large email. I want to receive the emails individually on my pc. Any suggestions?
Don't know any 'automatic' way - but, i have "Fetch Headers only" set on each of my 'secondary accounts'.
With varying internet service, manual "Get Messages" is probably the "Best Practice" because you will know how good your service is before you even try.
maybe set "Check for new messages every 'n' minutes" to different times
(3 minutes, 6 minutes, etc.) on each 'secondary' account. -
Why can I not attach a document to an email? Every time I want to send an email with a document attached to it, an error notice pops out. It tells me that the file is being used even when iall other programs are closed. How can I fix this issue?
Thanks Jeff, I was not aware that a template could be multi-page. (All the existing templates were 1 page)
But it worked, saving me some steps. When I was finished I renamed the document, and locked it.
Then tried to save it but could not because it was locked. I closed it, went to my Spread Sheet Folder ,
to find it, it was not there. The Finder could not find it either.
So I start over again.
I opened up Numbers and it showed my personal Numbers template folder, it contained both my new
original 4 page template and the vanished saved document!
I tried to delete the template containing these document data and could not - I had to go to the Library/Application Support/Numbers to physically remove it from this folder. Then I started over again. I Finally found out how to make it work: I can now "save as", and then lock, and it will go to place where I want it to be saved and locked.
The secret is: Click on the document title in the menu bar, and it opens up "Save as...", which works the same as in OS 10.4.11, and you can pick the place you want for saving. Once done that, you can then lock the document in the same pull down menu, and then close it.
I also found later that I can delete a template from its folder, by letting Numbers open the templates,
clicking on the one I want to remove, then go to the "Numbers Menu/File/Move to...", select "Desktop"
and from there the selected template can then be thrown into the Trash from there.
It appears now that the real fault of the Numbers software is that the "Save as" command is not available in the "Edit" or "File" pull-down menus, but hidden behind the title of the document. -

I open gmail. I want to save an email to one of my folders.
I position my cursor over the appropriate Folder icon or by choice, to the Trash.
The friendly finger pointing cursor icon changes to an arrow icon.
The hand icon allows me flawless access to opening and/or moving emails.
The arrow, however does not open the link.
On the Google menu bar the cursor hand with finger opens the links to Everett (my name), Search, Images, Maps and Play.
When I attempt to open the remaining links in the menu bar (YouTube, News, Gmail, Drive, Calendar and More) the arrow icon replaces the hand. The arrow icon does not work. It will not activate these links. Nor does it open email messages in the Inbox.
Usually I reset, even reboot Safire and sometimes the problem goes away, then reappears.
Can you imagine if this condition should it happen to a tech savvy Google Support person? Perhaps one can share and make my problem go away.
I am considering dropping Google as my mail source. Unfortunate!

IBM technician have changed the wireless card of my T60, the first few days after it was changed was very fine, no problem at all. About a week later, the problem occured again, and it happened quite frequently after that occurence. Now i really have no idea what is the cause and how to solve it. Will be greatful if there is anyone that can help me.
