I want to take everything off one ipad and put it on a different one. Same account, different machine. How is this done?
Subject says it all. The orignal machine is backed up to my computer and the cloud, however only about a 3rd of the apps appear in the left "Sync apps" column on itunes. How do i get EVERYTHING off machine one, and put it on machine two?

Very simple. Turn off Find my iDevice, then Tap Settings, General, Erase, Erase all content and settings.

As far as I'm aware iTunes always charges the account balance first and when this expires charges any remaining amount to your credit/debit card. The one exception I am aware of (though there could be others) is that Apps purchased from the Canadian store must always be charged to a card rather than a gift card voucher balance due to local legislation.

Assuming you mean that you performed the repair yourself, it would seem that you either obtained a defective screen or you did some sort of damage when you replaced the screen. You can try asking for assistance on ifixit.com, a site dedicate to those attempting their own repairs, or you can take the iPad to a shop and pay them to try to correct the problem for you. Apple will no longer touch your iPad now that you've attempted your own repairs.

You may be able to get your iPhoto library back by rebuilding it. I've done it, but's it's been a long time, so don't want to mislead you on anything. The guys over in the iPhoto forum are real experts and should have some fixes for you. -

You need to get the photos synced to a computer to archive/protect them. Once there, do whatever can be done by the computer (you haven't indicated what brand computer or even if you have one) and burn to CD.
